GBStay Away from these Scammers!!!! I bought a 60k Mile engine for a Ford Flex Vin Specific. They sent the wrong engine. The manager and head of customer service, Sancho, told me to go f**c myself and would not communicate any further. I got the money back from my credit card but OMG what terrible people. I am a shop and they treated us tis way. Stay away from these scammers they are being sued left and right. FYI they have websites that portray they are everywhere, they are based out of Wisconsin.

GBBUYER BEWARE! If I could give a MINUS star rating I would. We received a blatantly defective engine from this company. We filed the warranty submission forms. Even our mechanic had to submit a form for this claim. That was 12/10/23. We have not received a refund. We have called and emailed and every time I get told my refund status is "with accounting". Apparently they plan to wear us down so we don't insist on a refund.

GBDo Not buy an engine fron this comoany Check out the video about Quality Used Engines on YouTube. Do not buy an engine from this company. I have not received the engine and they have already canceled the warranty. The Wisconsin Consumer Complaints Department has had over 400 complaints about this company. The address on their web site is vacant.

GBThe absolute WORST customer service The absolute WORST customer service. Their little man said things to me over the phone I can't even repeat here, but let's just say he wouldn't DARE say these things to my face. That's right - a "professional" company sent the WRONG engine I needed and argued with my mechanic that they sent the right one. Then, they took forever to finally pick up their WRONG engine (without any notice), then they only refunded LESS than HALF what was owed. COMPLETE FRAUDS....

GBsent 182k engine when quoted 61k sent 182k engine when quoted 61k told BBB that 61k was best of their knowledge So fraud and misrepresentation or at very least no due diligence. Take the vin and run a carfax if you cant get odometer reading, is that unreasonable? Dispute with credit card company. they rejected it. Asked for rereview and have been sending them document after document. Am expecting need to sue
