GBThe absolute WORST customer service The absolute WORST customer service. Their little man said things to me over the phone I can't even repeat here, but let's just say he wouldn't DARE say these things to my face. That's right - a "professional" company sent the WRONG engine I needed and argued with my mechanic that they sent the right one. Then, they took forever to finally pick up their WRONG engine (without any notice), then they only refunded LESS than HALF what was owed. COMPLETE FRAUDS....

GBSent corroded engine Sent corroded engine. Won't pick up the engine. All transfers are disconnected and you will hear the following; we'll send an email, we're just waiting on a bill of waiting, and fictitious supervisors. The mechanic called QUE within an hour of the delivery and said engine was so corroded the screws would break preventing installation. flywheel rusted, oil line rusted and corroded. I would like to from other customers if their attempts were ever resolved or did they have to go legal. I'll need to make that decision in the next week even if I break even. Thanks.
