Sent corroded engine Sent corroded engine. Won't pick up the engine. All transfers are disconnected and you will hear the following; we'll send an email, we're just waiting on a bill of waiting, and fictitious supervisors. The mechanic called QUE within an hour of the delivery and said engine was so corroded the screws would break preventing installation. flywheel rusted, oil line rusted and corroded. I would like to from other customers if their attempts were ever resolved or did they have to go legal. I'll need to make that decision in the next week even if I break even. Thanks.

Worst mistake I've done was deal with… Worst mistake I've done was deal with this company, been told a date itll arrive multplie ti.es of being nice and don't see anything for confirmation, after 3rd time calling in and being mad I get a email the next saying it's been shipped. After finally getting engine week and half late. I get installed and want to register for warranty. Have issues so i call in for 3 weeks, leave voicemails etc no call back finally get a hold of someone a month later and oh you do qualify for warranty except 6 month parts... cool wish I didn't have to give one star

BUYER BEWARE! If I could give a MINUS star rating I would. We received a blatantly defective engine from this company. We filed the warranty submission forms. Even our mechanic had to submit a form for this claim. That was 12/10/23. We have not received a refund. We have called and emailed and every time I get told my refund status is "with accounting". Apparently they plan to wear us down so we don't insist on a refund.

Stay Away from these Scammers!!!! I bought a 60k Mile engine for a Ford Flex Vin Specific. They sent the wrong engine. The manager and head of customer service, Sancho, told me to go f**c myself and would not communicate any further. I got the money back from my credit card but OMG what terrible people. I am a shop and they treated us tis way. Stay away from these scammers they are being sued left and right. FYI they have websites that portray they are everywhere, they are based out of Wisconsin.

"CANN'T TRUST" "READREVIEWS", ordered a two different motor in 2022 it came over a month later too badly damaged to be used, "CRACKED HEAD". Never put engine in truck! Made a warranty claim. couldn't get anyone to talk to me. They picked the motor up in and still haven't refunded me. The second engine was full of dirt dauber nest and and kept clogging up oil cooler. and "NO WARRANTY" CANN'T TRUST THIS COPANY!
