GBI am out of words to explain the… I am out of words to explain the frustration of working with this company. Today alone I have been attempting to get in contact with the warranty department for over 5 hours (longest hold time 1 hours, 23 minutes!) Not only have I been on hold for the majority of that time but when I do reach someone, they can't help and those who can are busy. Never have I gotten a call back or an email from anyone. First engine has timing chain issues right from the beginning. Anyone with a little bit of experience could have diagnosed this issue before shipping or at least know that the clucking noise when turning over isn't normal. Sad thing is I ordered several engines with them, and I just now know how difficult it is going to be to do anything warranty related.

GBThey sent me the wrong motor never told… They sent me the wrong motor never told me I was getting a replacement or a refund. Then they took the motor back without giving me a proper refund or replacement. So now they have my money and the motor. Nothing but problems in every department do not buy anything from this company. Sancho Pike Lisa Joe Dale and DC Baker are all cowards.

GBUnprofessional Unprofessional, won't return calls. Customer service person, Prexy, juggles phones and says "looking in to" or "haven't had time to reply" and then does not respond. Anyone on this site have a suggestion or legal remedy. They sent a engine that was broken, leaking oil. Out the $1100 for engine and $1800 for repair shop to put in this broken engine. Also, name changed from Quality Engines to SW Engines in the 3 months in dealing with them.

GBWorst mistake I've done was deal with… Worst mistake I've done was deal with this company, been told a date itll arrive multplie ti.es of being nice and don't see anything for confirmation, after 3rd time calling in and being mad I get a email the next saying it's been shipped. After finally getting engine week and half late. I get installed and want to register for warranty. Have issues so i call in for 3 weeks, leave voicemails etc no call back finally get a hold of someone a month later and oh you do qualify for warranty except 6 month parts... cool wish I didn't have to give one star

GBi really i wish i could give a minus… i really i wish i could give a minus star. Worst customer service. Customer service is horrible. They every time give you the response that they'll look into it but never get back to you. They kepp on transferring the phones to another depoartment and keep you on hold for hours. I am trying to get in touch with them since a month.
