Customer service is lacking....entitled… Customer service is lacking....entitled attitude toward legit questions.....at the end of the day the products are nothing special...frames and bike components are produced in China...their job it simply to ship and make it easy for the customer to buy and they suck at that. Going to go back to Yeti.....they get customer service and are on you like a spider monkey when you need help.

Bike is beyond expectations… Bike is beyond expectations awesomeness. It came very well packaged and super easy for anyone with a minimum of experience to assemble, attention to detail was impressive. This comes from a former bike shop employee who used to assemble bikes, so I have experience in this realm. Completely happy with my bike and the experience!

Arktos turns any tough trail into Disneyland I bought an Alchemy bike 3 summers ago and absolutely love the Arktos. Turns Hard Money and Scraggy into Disneyland for adults. The factory set up is amazing and I'll never have to upgrade anything. I'd highly recommend Alchemy as they make incredible bikes that anyone would love.

Great customer support The 1st bike that was shipped was damaged in transit, which of course is not Alchemy's fault and just something that happens some times, but I was able to contact someone at Alchemy very quickly and resolve the issues smoothly. Since I got the bike, it's been great - everything I hoped for when I ordered it sight unseen. The positive reviews I had read, which prompted me to make the purchase, where not wrong!
