Incredible bike! But be ready, it draws a lot of attention at the trailhead. Purchase was a pleasant experience, Bryce Wood was very responsive to my questions. Bike arrived in great shape, setup was a snap; and the bike rides like a dream. I just got back from a weekend in Moab, Utah. In addition to riding great; the Arktos drew a lot of positive attention. Riders, and even the employees at the shop were very interested in the bike, as well as my impressions of it.

It came very well packaged and super easy for anyone with a minimum of experience to assemble, attention to detail was impressive. This comes from a former bike shop employee who used to assemble bikes, so I have experience in this realm. Completely happy with my bike and the experience!

Great customer support The 1st bike that was shipped was damaged in transit, which of course is not Alchemy's fault and just something that happens some times, but I was able to contact someone at Alchemy very quickly and resolve the issues smoothly. Since I got the bike, it's been great - everything I hoped for when I ordered it sight unseen. The positive reviews I had read, which prompted me to make the purchase, where not wrong!

Best Bike Company Ever I love my Lycos. Purchasing it couldn't have been easier. I have already had some amazing rides, even on snowy roads and trails. I would highly recommend the Alchemy Company and their bikes. I will have my first race on it at Old Man Winter 50K. Looking forward to a fantastic ride.
