Great customer support The 1st bike that was shipped was damaged in transit, which of course is not Alchemy's fault and just something that happens some times, but I was able to contact someone at Alchemy very quickly and resolve the issues smoothly. Since I got the bike, it's been great - everything I hoped for when I ordered it sight unseen. The positive reviews I had read, which prompted me to make the purchase, where not wrong!

Custom Ronin titanium gravel bike. Picked up custom Ronin titanium gravel bike. Very pleased with the whole experience. The fitting process worked really well. bike fits me perfectly. Did end up raising the saddle about 1/2". During the build process Alchemy provided appropriate updates. Extremely happy with the bike. Matches my expectations and is a joy to ride. Have put a little over three hundred miles on the bike and except for being a little dirty it is still good as new. I would recommend Alchemy to anyone looking for a new bike.

Incredible bike! But be ready, it draws a lot of attention at the trailhead. Purchase was a pleasant experience, Bryce Wood was very responsive to my questions. Bike arrived in great shape, setup was a snap; and the bike rides like a dream. I just got back from a weekend in Moab, Utah. In addition to riding great; the Arktos drew a lot of positive attention. Riders, and even the employees at the shop were very interested in the bike, as well as my impressions of it.
