Customer service is lacking....entitled… Customer service is lacking....entitled attitude toward legit questions.....at the end of the day the products are nothing special...frames and bike components are produced in China...their job it simply to ship and make it easy for the customer to buy and they suck at that. Going to go back to Yeti.....they get customer service and are on you like a spider monkey when you need help.

Custom Ronin titanium gravel bike. Picked up custom Ronin titanium gravel bike. Very pleased with the whole experience. The fitting process worked really well. bike fits me perfectly. Did end up raising the saddle about 1/2". During the build process Alchemy provided appropriate updates. Extremely happy with the bike. Matches my expectations and is a joy to ride. Have put a little over three hundred miles on the bike and except for being a little dirty it is still good as new. I would recommend Alchemy to anyone looking for a new bike.

Best Bike Company Ever I love my Lycos. Purchasing it couldn't have been easier. I have already had some amazing rides, even on snowy roads and trails.
