No matter how many questions and requests I had, they continued to respond professionally and with patience. I love my new Lycos, and waiting for better weather to really get some miles on it.

Customer service is lacking....entitled… Customer service is lacking....entitled attitude toward legit questions.....at the end of the day the products are nothing special...frames and bike components are produced in China...their job it simply to ship and make it easy for the customer to buy and they suck at that. Going to go back to Yeti.....they get customer service and are on you like a spider monkey when you need help.
