Incredible bike! But be ready, it draws a lot of attention at the trailhead. Purchase was a pleasant experience, Bryce Wood was very responsive to my questions. Bike arrived in great shape, setup was a snap; and the bike rides like a dream. I just got back from a weekend in Moab, Utah. In addition to riding great; the Arktos drew a lot of positive attention. Riders, and even the employees at the shop were very interested in the bike, as well as my impressions of it.

Great experience. My bike was delivered quickly and well packaged. Quality was great. I was kept informed throughout the process. And the bike is fantastic.

Customer service is lacking....entitled… Customer service is lacking....entitled attitude toward legit questions.....at the end of the day the products are nothing special...frames and bike components are produced in China...their job it simply to ship and make it easy for the customer to buy and they suck at that. Going to go back to Yeti.....they get customer service and are on you like a spider monkey when you need help.

Perfect for NWA trails!!! Excellent build quality and components. Delivered when expected and a tremendous ride. Access to Alchemy techs is top notch, not that I've had to discuss any technical issues, other than ask for component recommendations.
