It came very well packaged and super easy for anyone with a minimum of experience to assemble, attention to detail was impressive. Incredible bike! But be ready, it draws a lot of attention at the trailhead. Purchase was a pleasant experience, Bryce Wood was very responsive to my questions. Bike arrived in great shape, setup was a snap; and the bike rides like a dream. I just got back from a weekend in Moab, Utah. In addition to riding great; the Arktos drew a lot of positive attention. Riders, and even the employees at the shop were very interested in the bike, as well as my impressions of it.
