Awesome bikes! Purchased a Qualisports Dolphin+ after spending many hours of research, comparing different brands and reading reviews. Liked it so much, we ordered a Model 5 for my wife. The bikes are beautifully made and include things we see as important if you are considering an e-bike; hydraulic brakes and NO quick release wheels. These are both safety items we looked for and Qualisports is one of few mfrs that do both of these! Looking forward to many years of enjoyment from these bikes.

Excellent Excellent, responsive customer service. I asked about switching out a rear cassette on my bike purchased a few years ago, and the Qualisports rep helped me find a suitable replacement (with only a sentence or two recommending that I buy a new upgraded model). The product is also excellent, I've had a great time zipping around Seattle's hills and the folding frame fits easily in a car trunk.

The dolphin needs more torque when… The dolphin needs more torque when using throttle, also needs faster acceleration, takes too long to come up to speed. The headlight wire is not long enough for proper installation of front rack. So you wind up losing space in front rack because of headlight. Other than those two issues it’s a pretty solid bike and decent value...

Great customer service Customer service responds quickly and efficiently. This is the 2nd time I've contacted them and each time a quick and very satisfactory solution has been found. I've been driving a Dolphin for 3 years now, commuting almost every day, and I'm very happy with it.
