Great bike, great company! We got two Voladors, and really love them. They are lightweight, but sturdy and very powerful. We live in a hilly area, and these bikes have no problem climbing some very steep inclines. The after sales service has been excellent. My rear light didn't work and they immediately sent a replacement. We had some questions about adjusting the derailer, and the service person sent You Tube links to do the adjustment. He also said that if the video didn't work for us, we could call him back and he would talk us through it. Throughout the shipping process we were kept informed about the status. One suggestion: could the clamp lock be included as part of the original purchase? It seems to be an important security safeguard. All in all, a great bike, well worth the money.

Great customer service Customer service responds quickly and efficiently. This is the 2nd time I've contacted them and each time a quick and very satisfactory solution has been found. I've been driving a Dolphin for 3 years now, commuting almost every day, and I'm very happy with it.

I like my Volador I like my Volador! There were delays in production over the winter but QS compensated with free accessories. Liz Xu ,marketing manager, kept me informed of the bike's progress to delivery. It arrived in good shape except the rear fender was dented during shipping. They have offered to pay for repairs. I haven't started looking for who can un-dent it. Very happy with the bike so far. Quick basic setup and everything is working properly.

Wonderful bike, very happy--but tough set-up Customer service was always attentive and helpful. Just got my bike 2 days ago, and took the first ride today--love it! Set up was a bit frustrating--the included tool kit did not have all the correct size allen wrenches for the job (but fortunately my husband did). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the very brief owner's "manual," which is really a pamphlet, and other sketchy diagrams/information. Had to watch and read several things online to figure out how to set up and operate the bike properly.

Great bike - need assembly manual The bike is great and exactly as expected or better. The instructions to assemble is a video, which runs too fast, darken when paused, and lacks detail...While the bike is 95% assembled, they really need a written document to go along with the user guide for folks who are not bike techs. They were helpful when sending a email with questions.
