Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas. Battery housing was cracked on one battery. Took several months but I was sent a replacement. In the spring I tried them out and new battery did not work. Sent another email and you replaced battery again. This time it worked and was delivered much quicker. Thanks! Bob Rademacher

Friend’s told me about City Grounds Friend’s told me about City Grounds. I actually purchased my first bike here on my first mob ride with a borrowed bike from one of them! Was pretty fun purchase and also made everyone in our party get a good kick and laugh out of it. City Grounds delivered pretty quickly, and what was also pretty cool about the delivery is that my bike wasn’t just left there without it being handed off to another person. Delivery guy came back the next day, thank y’all for that, greatly appreciated.

Took forever to get the bike when it… Took forever to get the bike when it said two days more like two weeks, did not get all the stuff for the bike was missing peddles, an pegs, reached out too the company they give me the run around of 20 ?s when you reply to them it takes for ever to get a email back poor customer service on getting help, I bought a $300 bike from a company that has so I rating well I’m thinking not what a waste of time an money. Period

City Grounds gets a double 5-star… City Grounds gets a double 5-star rating from us! We were searching all over for a Cannondale Ladies Mountain bike near our area for weeks. No one had good inventory at our shops. I found the very one I wanted at City Grounds online. I immediately contacted their customer service and conversed back and forth with "Rosa" She was very professional and responsive with every question asked. We ordered one immediately and my bike came in less than a week. Its amazing! I love everything about it! Thank you City Grounds! Great bike. The bike came well packaged. Assembly was very easy. We found out that the front tire was not keeping the air pressure. Upon calling the City Grounds, Rosa the service associate, was able to assist me effectively, approving my suggestion that a local bike shop can provide the required service and City Ground reimburse the invoice, which they did without a delay. Days earlier I was attempting to get the remedy Via email, however, Javier who answered my email was making the story so complicated. Thanks for Rosa.
