Was pretty fun purchase and also made everyone in our party get a good kick and laugh out of it. City Grounds delivered pretty quickly, and what was also pretty cool about the delivery is that my bike wasn’t just left there without it being handed off to another person. Delivery guy came back the next day, thank y’all for that, greatly appreciated.

Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas. Battery housing was cracked on one battery. Took several months but I was sent a replacement. In the spring I tried them out and new battery did not work. Sent another email and you replaced battery again. This time it worked and was delivered much quicker. Thanks! Bob Rademacher

A personal touch goes a long way! What a great personalized experience we received from the City Grounds staff. They assembled our bikes to our requests and were so KIND to charge my wife's bike because they knew how much it meant for her to immediately ride her Birthday 🎂 gift!!!

Took forever to get the bike when it… Took forever to get the bike when it said two days more like two weeks, did not get all the stuff for the bike was missing peddles, an pegs, reached out too the company they give me the run around of 20 ?s when you reply to them it takes for ever to get a email back poor customer service on getting help, I bought a $300 bike from a company that has so I rating well I’m thinking not what a waste of time an money. Period

Quick delivery when I put my order plus sign up for mailing list and you get a discount on many parts of your order. The only thing that is bad is that parts and bicycle's often sell out. Just keep checking and I'm sure you will find what you need.
