Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas. Battery housing was cracked on one battery. Took several months but I was sent a replacement. In the spring I tried them out and new battery did not work. Sent another email and you replaced battery again. This time it worked and was delivered much quicker. Thanks! Bob Rademacher

they dont stand behind their product they dont stand behind their product left crank on my sons bike lost its thread after 2 month and they blamed me not assembling bike correctly. sorry folks i owned bikes for 40 years and i have Diamondback, Cannondale, Giant bikes and i never had this issues - quality of the material is awful. be aware these bikes looks cheal and there is a reason for that.

Excellent buying experience Excellent buying experience. Everything came as planned, and when it was supposed to. It was packaged well and did not have and issues like dents or dings. The bike is super nice and was easy to put together, most the work was done besides handlebars, pedals and seat.

Great bike. The bike came well packaged. Assembly was very easy. We found out that the front tire was not keeping the air pressure. Upon calling the City Grounds, Rosa the service associate, was able to assist me effectively, approving my suggestion that a local bike shop can provide the required service and City Ground reimburse the invoice, which they did without a delay. Days earlier I was attempting to get the remedy Via email, however, Javier who answered my email was making the story so complicated. Thanks for Rosa.
