Took forever to get the bike when it… Took forever to get the bike when it said two days more like two weeks, did not get all the stuff for the bike was missing peddles, an pegs, reached out too the company they give me the run around of 20 ?s when you reply to them it takes for ever to get a email back poor customer service on getting help, I bought a $300 bike from a company that has so I rating well I’m thinking not what a waste of time an money. Period

City Grounds Fan but things have been slipping as of late... I have been ordering from CityGrounds for my BMX and hybrid bike needs for the last few years. I have really liked their selection, fast shipping and their eewards programs. However, the following has been disappointing as of late: - Very limited selection of bike components and many items sold out. - Increased pricing across the board - seems to be about 15% on average. - Reduced catalog options to redeem rewards points. - Fewer items eligible for a rewards member dicount. I still give City Grounds 4 stars but would have given them 5 stars a year ago.

The price for the GT 29’er Performer… The price for the GT 29’er Performer was the lowest I have seen for sure... Then City Grounds did free shipping.. which was absolutely amazing... I am very happy with City Grounds ... their communication and deliver of the bike were A++++++ If they do free shipping again on GT 29’ers I will definitely step up and buy another one.

YOU GOT TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE.. My bike was great but there shipping sucks you have to be home to sign for the package which i counldnt because i work 70 hours a week i jest let it get sent back to them and never called fedex which never left nothing at my door or nothing i reorder from danscomp which the bike was 50$ more which saved me 14$ cause there shipping is free not 78$ like city grounds and there customer service is even better not this a.i. bullcrap ,,fix your website and give people the opportunity to have a scheduled delivery or to opt. out for signing for a package. Not send it to them and tell them you cant change nothing about it and your gonna charge them double shipping cause of there mistake,, worst thing is i even told them in the the order info there will be noone to sign for the package unless its deliver after 6:30 pm or on sunday..

Great bike. The bike came well packaged. Assembly was very easy. We found out that the front tire was not keeping the air pressure. Upon calling the City Grounds, Rosa the service associate, was able to assist me effectively, approving my suggestion that a local bike shop can provide the required service and City Ground reimburse the invoice, which they did without a delay. Days earlier I was attempting to get the remedy Via email, however, Javier who answered my email was making the story so complicated. Thanks for Rosa.
