Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas Ordered 2 bikes for Christmas. Battery housing was cracked on one battery. Took several months but I was sent a replacement. In the spring I tried them out and new battery did not work. Sent another email and you replaced battery again. This time it worked and was delivered much quicker. Thanks! Bob Rademacher

Quick delivery when I put my order plus sign up for mailing list and you get a discount on many parts of your order. The only thing that is bad is that parts and bicycle's often sell out. Great bike. The bike came well packaged. Assembly was very easy. We found out that the front tire was not keeping the air pressure. Upon calling the City Grounds, Rosa the service associate, was able to assist me effectively, approving my suggestion that a local bike shop can provide the required service and City Ground reimburse the invoice, which they did without a delay. Days earlier I was attempting to get the remedy Via email, however, Javier who answered my email was making the story so complicated. Thanks for Rosa.

YOU GOT TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE.. My bike was great but there shipping sucks you have to be home to sign for the package which i counldnt because i work 70 hours a week i jest let it get sent back to them and never called fedex which never left nothing at my door or nothing i reorder from danscomp which the bike was 50$ more which saved me 14$ cause there shipping is free not 78$ like city grounds and there customer service is even better not this a.i. bullcrap ,,fix your website and give people the opportunity to have a scheduled delivery or to opt. out for signing for a package. Not send it to them and tell them you cant change nothing about it and your gonna charge them double shipping cause of there mistake,, worst thing is i even told them in the the order info there will be noone to sign for the package unless its deliver after 6:30 pm or on sunday..
