The bike is good for the price and some… The bike is good for the price and some of the extras. However there are a few smaller things missed. Seats are small and uncomfortable, no shock absorbers to alleviate bumps and gear ratios are way too low especially if using the electric. Regardless it is a decent price for what you are getting.

I received my Viribus Getaway Plus… I received my Viribus Getaway Plus folding bike on time and undamaged. It was packed very well, easy to unbox, and came fully assembled which saved me a lot of time. The battery was almost fully charged so I was able to take it for a test drive right away. The full suspension definitely made a big difference for a comfortable ride. I was somewhat hesitant when going up an incline hill, but was pleasantly surprised that the pedal assist helped me without a ton of effort. That's pretty good for a man over 200 lbs. I am quite happy with my purchase and definitely feel this was a great deal for the level of bike you are getting.

Unsafe bike Purchase two bikes. One was clearing mananufactured with a defect and after only a few months they do not stand behind there products. Better to look for other bikes that are not unsafe. Buyer beware.

Just what I wanted Fast service, just as advertised, Customer Service was easy to contact when I had a question. They responded quickly, and then they resolved it immediately. I had bought a regular electric bike and was just too old to really ride it and enjoy it. For a couple $100 more, I can join all my friends on their bikes. It's the latest thing at all the campgrounds and we camp regularly. If you are hesitating to order from this company, don't wait. I'm a real person. Nobody made me do this review, and I'm completely satisfied.
