The bike is good for the price and some… The bike is good for the price and some of the extras. However there are a few smaller things missed. Seats are small and uncomfortable, no shock absorbers to alleviate bumps and gear ratios are way too low especially if using the electric. Regardless it is a decent price for what you are getting.

Great product but slow customer service We ended up buying 3 E-Bikes of different kinds. Very happy with all 3. Customer service is very good and very considerate of the customer but very slow to respond. Likely due to being understaffed.

Missing bolts and nuts for accessories....batteries not up to standard....will not show charge levevel upon request from button on battery ? VERY!! I AM 91 AND HAVE MECHIANICAL ABILITY SO I HAD NO PROBLEMS...WOULD SUGGEST THOSE WITH LIMITED SKILLS...FIND A FRIEND TO HELP...IT IS A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY AND WILL GIVE ME EXERCISE WHEN MY POOL IS TOO COLD.

Go with another brand Frame arrived bent in several places. Chain was too short. I needed to take out to a local bike shop to be repaired while assembling. Assembly took almost an entire day not counting repair trips. Go with another brand.
