Scam of a company Scam of a company. They sold a product that they never created. Also forged fake shipment documents an claimed they actually shipped a bike that was never created. Scam company stay far away

Paid for but we never received our bikes! We never received our bikes depsite paying in full. We never were able to talk to anyone, every phone call went directly to voicemail and was never returned. No emails were ever responded to. We had to contact our credit card company to have the charges reversed which took months, over $7000 worth of charges. Never do business with Sondors. I found that I wasn't alone in this problem. Many other people had the same problem.

Quality bike with quality service Bike came with a leaking tube. Sondors replaced it. Riding posture is upright and comfortable. It has both boost and throttle, which is essential for us. We have enjoyed this bike and would like to get a second one, because of the design, quality, and service.

I’m generally happy with my ReCycled… I’m generally happy with my ReCycled Smart Step. It only came with one key and none of the other accessories that come with a new one but still a good bike for the price. Instructions are an area that could use massive improvement. I didn’t get any and had to contact Sondors to figure out how to use the power switch. The switch isn’t intuitive and any time someone borrows the bike, I have to explain it to them. I ride it on the C&O Canal which it is perfect for. Very comfortable to ride for longer days on the tow path.

1st and last review 1st, no one will work on my bike In Chico Ca where I live. 2nd, half the bike shop I take my bike to say they cannot get parts and the other half say the Sondors like of Bike is of such poor quality, they will not work on a Sondors bike. Worst mistake I ever made. Lastly, trying to talk to someone AT donors in LOS ANGELS is impossible. I simply gave up! My bike sit here with only 38 miles on it. Then it stopped working. Had the battery check. Good condition. So went to bike shops in Chico, Red Bluff, yuba City, Marysville. No bike shop will work on it. Question, would Sondors take my bike back for $500. Thank you.
