Ordering/delivery/Finished Product The ordering process went great and the products delivered in a timely fashion. I have not yet opened the boxes but so far the process was excellent. We’re excited to get riding! Since putting the bikes together one screw was missing however they were great and shipped the replacement out very quickly! Online instructions very easy to follow. Love the finished product. Great job!

Warranty Parts You provided replacement parts under warranty easily and quickly... I respect a company that backs its product without having to going thru a hostage negotiation process.

Paid for but we never received our bikes! We never received our bikes depsite paying in full. We never were able to talk to anyone, every phone call went directly to voicemail and was never returned. No emails were ever responded to. We had to contact our credit card company to have the charges reversed which took months, over $7000 worth of charges. Never do business with Sondors. I found that I wasn't alone in this problem. Many other people had the same problem.

Scam of a company Scam of a company. They sold a product that they never created. Also forged fake shipment documents an claimed they actually shipped a bike that was never created. Scam company stay far away

It is very difficult to retro fit parts… It is very difficult to retro fit parts and seem to never be available in the website such as fenders, baskets, and lights etc. Also, the prongs for the battery as easily damaged when folding down the bike to place into vehicle. Clearly the design of the bike is clumsy with no regard to the weight and performance. I'm glad I got it on sale otherwise the review would have one star. Lastly, on a good note customer service is very responsive.
