GBFirst bike was returned DOA no power First bike was returned DOA no power, second bike no air in one fork leg resulting in a 7/8” miss alignment in fork length. Also dead headlight. Third bike has been great except 6 goat head punctures on first ride. I will give five stars on service, excellent response on problems!

GB1st and last review 1st, no one will work on my bike In Chico Ca where I live. 2nd, half the bike shop I take my bike to say they cannot get parts and the other half say the Sondors like of Bike is of such poor quality, they will not work on a Sondors bike. Worst mistake I ever made. Lastly, trying to talk to someone AT donors in LOS ANGELS is impossible. I simply gave up! My bike sit here with only 38 miles on it. Then it stopped working. Had the battery check. Good condition. So went to bike shops in Chico, Red Bluff, yuba City, Marysville. No bike shop will work on it. Question, would Sondors take my bike back for $500. Thank you. GBI’m generally happy with my ReCycled… I’m generally happy with my ReCycled Smart Step. It only came with one key and none of the other accessories that come with a new one but still a good bike for the price. Instructions are an area that could use massive improvement. I didn’t get any and had to contact Sondors to figure out how to use the power switch. The switch isn’t intuitive and any time someone borrows the bike, I have to explain it to them. I ride it on the C&O Canal which it is perfect for. Very comfortable to ride for longer days on the tow path.

GBAnswer phone calls or emails Answer phone calls or emails. Have a product that can be available to purchase and receive in a timely manner less than multiple months or even never as in my case. Have someone that will give an honest answer of the actual ETA instead of lies to keep you waiting. After 5 months, I never received the rockstar that I paid for and when attempting to recover my refund Sondors was less than any help and I had to go through my credit card company to have them request my refund.

GBI love the small electric cycle I love the small electric cycle, service and purchase experience was not great but I got my bike. Too many people backed during COVID and they had no cash and could not keep bringing bikes over.
