Ordering/delivery/Finished Product The ordering process went great and the products delivered in a timely fashion. I have not yet opened the boxes but so far the process was excellent. We’re excited to get riding! Since putting the bikes together one screw was missing however they were great and shipped the replacement out very quickly! Online instructions very easy to follow. Love the finished product. Great job!

Highly recommended electric bike company The process from email marketing to website link and ordering was seamless. Account creation imported my personal info from the other sondors metacycle website. My card was already on file and ordering took only about a minute. Fastest order I ever placed and I got two refurbished electric bikes for less than the price of one new bike.
