I love the small electric cycle I love the small electric cycle, service and purchase experience was not great but I got my bike. Too many people backed during COVID and they had no cash and could not keep bringing bikes over.

1st and last review 1st, no one will work on my bike In Chico Ca where I live. 2nd, half the bike shop I take my bike to say they cannot get parts and the other half say the Sondors like of Bike is of such poor quality, they will not work on a Sondors bike. Worst mistake I ever made. Lastly, trying to talk to someone AT donors in LOS ANGELS is impossible. I simply gave up! My bike sit here with only 38 miles on it. Then it stopped working. Had the battery check. Good condition. So went to bike shops in Chico, Red Bluff, yuba City, Marysville. No bike shop will work on it. Question, would Sondors take my bike back for $500. Thank you. Warranty Parts You provided replacement parts under warranty easily and quickly... I respect a company that backs its product without having to going thru a hostage negotiation process.

It is very difficult to retro fit parts… It is very difficult to retro fit parts and seem to never be available in the website such as fenders, baskets, and lights etc. Also, the prongs for the battery as easily damaged when folding down the bike to place into vehicle. Clearly the design of the bike is clumsy with no regard to the weight and performance. I'm glad I got it on sale otherwise the review would have one star. Lastly, on a good note customer service is very responsive.
