GBHappy Leisure Wheels customer After 18 months and 1600 miles am delighted with my Cube Acid 500 purchased from this Company. Two service prolems were quickly sorted and parts supplied under warranty, I have found Dan Bussom to be friendly, very helpful and easily contactable. Would throughly recommend this Company. GBGreat customer service. Purchased a BMC Teammachine slr from these guys. The bike was heavy discounted and sent next day delivery. There was an initial problem with the DPD delivery not associated with the shop, however the shop very kindly chased up the delivery for me. On arrival the bike was extremely well packed with absolutely no chance of it being damaged. The bike had been well prepared and was a case of just popping the bars, saddle and pedals on and after some personal tinkering was good to go. A great customer experience, I'd never used them before but would highly recommend them.

GBCycle2Work Bike Leisurewheels were the only provider during this current climate that had the bike I wanted in stock in my size. Ordering using my Cycle2Work benefit was painless and quick. Got the bike through the post in great condition and working order. Had one issue with the rear wheel, But great aftermarket support from Sam and the team via email and the phone quickly saw that resolved with my local Bike Mechanic. I would definitely order again via them again and will be looking for some accessories to kit my new bike out soon.

GBDecent and professional Ordered a bike from the website on a Monday and it was delivered on the Tuesday as promised. Excellent service. I had a few issues with the bike (manufacturer related) but the way that Sam and Dan dealt with the issue was spot on. Their professionalism and speedy replies was a major relief when dealing with someone hundreds of miles away, especially when you’ve spent thousands of pounds. Highly recommended these guys.

GBMixed reviews.... As a regular cyclist I have used Leisurewheels on numerous occasions. I have bought four new bikes from them over about a 10 year period, & had servicing work carried out too. In my dealings with them I have had mixed reviews of their service. On some occasions I have found them to be very good, whilst on others less so. For example, one one occasion my bike was making a clicking noise with every pedal stroke. A member of staff traced it to a worn pedal bearing & supplied & fitted two new pedals FOC, while I waited. Great service! However, after my front mech seized & had to be replaced, they fitted an inferior Alivio unit rather than a like-for-like Deore! Why?
