My issue was trying to cancel an order . I couldn't get ahold of phone support and wanted to contact someone before the items were shipped . If the order is cancelled then my experience was great .

Excellent customer support Had an issue with a 2 cycle engine kit. Contacted customer support and they told me they would help me out. They told me what info they needed to resolve the issue. The next day i was happy to see that they were sending me replacement parts to fix my problem with helpful info to make sure there is no further issues. Can't really expect any better than that. Stay away unless you like wasting money When I opened the box to find no directions just links to advertisement laden videos, I should have sent it back then. This is the 4th bicycle engine I've done, so I'm not unfamiliar with the Chinesium parts and troubleshooting. Got it all installed, runs but breaks up at the top of the RPM band so you get a max speed of about 15 mph, I can pedal faster. Chatting with someone who clearly is just reading a cheat sheet and has no mechanical experience was also fruitless, and once you install the engine its no longer returnable so I basically just wasted $240. I've tried 2 different brand new carbs, 2 different plugs with no improvement. I'll stick to Amazon from now on, this was my first and last purchase from BikeBerry.
