Excellent customer support Had an issue with a 2 cycle engine kit. Contacted customer support and they told me they would help me out. They told me what info they needed to resolve the issue. The next day i was happy to see that they were sending me replacement parts to fix my problem with helpful info to make sure there is no further issues. Can't really expect any better than that. They stand behind what they sell. I appreciate that. Thank you Bike Berry.

Alvin Seville was Superb Alvin Seville was friendly and knowledgeable about my situation and was able to resolve my issue . As far as I know up to this point . My issue was trying to cancel an order . I couldn't get ahold of phone support and wanted to contact someone before the items were shipped . If the order is cancelled then my experience was great .

Need information on mag wheels or ebike conversions? Ask Alvin he knows I was just getting into learning about converting my bike to an E-bike and was clueless until I met Alvin. He, over the past couple nights, spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and being very patient with me. LOL. There's a lot to know when it comes to these type of changes and he was very helpful with the mag wheels and exactly what I would need and it just made life so much easier.
