I call him "5-star Freddie"! I continually have shipping problems caused by the USPS on my end. Freddie was amazing unraveling the federal bureaucracy caused by the post office in our small rural town. Great job Freddie!

Alvin Seville was just great! Alvin Seville was just great! He answered all my questions promptly and assisted me in knowing what I need and even the things I don't need being an unnecessary expense. I truly appreciate it!

The best customer service experience I have ever had. I can't over-express how much Mr. Earl has helped me with my questions and issues. He's gone above and beyond and I will be using bikeberry for all of my bicycle/engine needs from now on and recommending it to all. 11 out of 10! :-)

I was missing a small part in a multiple parts order, which is fine. Things happen and it was taken care of very quickly. I had a small issue with my order and opened up the 'Live Chat' window and was patched through with a gentleman named, Alvin. He was courteous, knowledgably, and very professional. He made solving my Issue very quick, simple, and painless; just the way I like it. Nobody's always going to be perfect. we're only human, but the customer service at 'BikeBerry' is top notch. especially with people like Alvin on the payroll.

Sprocket installment question & Wheel drag issue bikeberry.com was very helpful with answering my question for installing a 17 tooth sprocket on mag wheels & also for helping me figure out that my wheel drag issue might be caused by the sprocket bolt heads hitting the brake plate, Thank you Earl.
