GBExcellent customer support Had an issue with a 2 cycle engine kit. Contacted customer support and they told me they would help me out. They told me what info they needed to resolve the issue. The next day i was happy to see that they were sending me replacement parts to fix my problem with helpful info to make sure there is no further issues. Can't really expect any better than that. They stand behind what they sell. I appreciate that. Thank you Bike Berry.

CAOrdered a whole bike kit for the hubby… Ordered a whole bike kit for the hubby for his birthday. Your customer Service representatives Summer and Earl were very helpful. Summer went out of her way to keep in contact with me for a couple of months now and even went out of her way to get me a discount that was above and beyond. Earl calmed all my confusion when i seen an email saying the bike shipped but then was cancelled with Fedex.
