GBAlvin Seville was Superb Alvin Seville was friendly and knowledgeable about my situation and was able to resolve my issue . As far as I know up to this point . My issue was trying to cancel an order . I couldn't get ahold of phone support and wanted to contact someone before the items were shipped . If the order is cancelled then my experience was great .

GBStay away unless you like wasting money When I opened the box to find no directions just links to advertisement laden videos, I should have sent it back then. This is the 4th bicycle engine I've done, so I'm not unfamiliar with the Chinesium parts and troubleshooting. Got it all installed, runs but breaks up at the top of the RPM band so you get a max speed of about 15 mph, I can pedal faster. Chatting with someone who clearly is just reading a cheat sheet and has no mechanical experience was also fruitless, and once you install the engine its no longer returnable so I basically just wasted $240. I've tried 2 different brand new carbs, 2 different plugs with no improvement. I'll stick to Amazon from now on, this was my first and last purchase from BikeBerry.

GBI bought a 49cc friction drive motor… I bought a 49cc friction drive motor kit. when I received it there were parts i didn't need and parts that were missing .After a lot of calls they finally sent me out some parts but I had to rework them With under 100 miles on the bike all I have is problems with bolts coming loose clutch springs breaking etc. They have nice ads but i would buy elsewhere!!!!
