GBI bought a 49cc friction drive motor… I bought a 49cc friction drive motor kit. when I received it there were parts i didn't need and parts that were missing .After a lot of calls they finally sent me out some parts but I had to rework them With under 100 miles on the bike all I have is problems with bolts coming loose clutch springs breaking etc. They have nice ads but i would buy elsewhere!!!!

CAOrdered a whole bike kit for the hubby… Ordered a whole bike kit for the hubby for his birthday. Your customer Service representatives Summer and Earl were very helpful. Summer went out of her way to keep in contact with me for a couple of months now and even went out of her way to get me a discount that was above and beyond. Earl calmed all my confusion when i seen an email saying the bike shipped but then was cancelled with Fedex.

GBI was missing a small part in a multiple parts order, which is fine. Things happen and it was taken care of very quickly. I had a small issue with my order and opened up the 'Live Chat' window and was patched through with a gentleman named, Alvin. He was courteous, knowledgably, and very professional. He made solving my Issue very quick, simple, and painless; just the way I like it. Nobody's always going to be perfect. we're only human, but the customer service at 'BikeBerry' is top notch. especially with people like Alvin on the payroll.

GBAlvin Seville was Superb Alvin Seville was friendly and knowledgeable about my situation and was able to resolve my issue . As far as I know up to this point . My issue was trying to cancel an order . I couldn't get ahold of phone support and wanted to contact someone before the items were shipped . If the order is cancelled then my experience was great .
