Ordered a whole bike kit for the hubby… Ordered a whole bike kit for the hubby for his birthday. Your customer Service representatives Summer and Earl were very helpful. Summer went out of her way to keep in contact with me for a couple of months now and even went out of her way to get me a discount that was above and beyond. Earl calmed all my confusion when i seen an email saying the bike shipped but then was cancelled with Fedex.

The bike that I ordered said it was 26… The bike that I ordered said it was 26 in after reading the review I found out that it was only 19 in so I tried to cancel it 10 minutes after making the order they told me they cannot cancel the order even though it hadn't shipped yet after receiving the order and trying to return it they tell me I am going to get charged a 15% restocking fee and I have to pay for the shipping also they're only going to give me in store credit for the rest. If that isn't bad enough the items they sent me were dented rusted and inferior. Do not order anything from this company they are only all for themselves.

I bought a 49cc friction drive motor… I bought a 49cc friction drive motor kit. when I received it there were parts i didn't need and parts that were missing .After a lot of calls they finally sent me out some parts but I had to rework them With under 100 miles on the bike all I have is problems with bolts coming loose clutch springs breaking etc. They have nice ads but i would buy elsewhere!!!!
