GBHEYBIKE'S customer service The rumors of bad customer service for all e-bikes companys might be true for most. But I have found HEYBIKE to be excellent. Clear, helpful, and understanding. They take the time to go through the whole process, making sure even a newbie like me gets the information I need

CAI have the Brawn and I absolutely love… I have the Brawn and I absolutely love it! I have put over 700km on the bike and there are no issues. One of the main reasons I went with the Brawn over other E-bikes is the dropper seat post. This is an absolute game changer which most e-bikes do not have sadly. Being able to change seat height on the go is a crucial feature. Riding at your normal height and then dropping it right down to comfortably sit at stop lights, or going down hill off road. This is so important and makes a massive difference in the riding experience. HeyBike made such a good decision to include this!

GBI’m very happy with the product and the… I’m very happy with the product and the customer support team. They have been very responsive to my minor issues caused by the shipping company. I highly recommend purchasing one their e-bikes. We got the Explorer and Horizon and have put about a hundred miles on them on Holden Beach, NC. What a great way to look for seashells. My wife found a two inch Black Shark tooth today!

GBNot very happy with this company the… Not very happy with this company the expensive battery on my Heybike Mars went bad at 1.9 years. I left a review on their site and it said pending approval but they do not ever post my truthful review so the reviews on their site are not accurate. Anyway, I called in before two years and they had a customer service rep that told me the battery was probably bad from what I was telling them, but did not offer any type of a new battery or a prorated battery amount because he said it only had a one year warranty, but all of the print that I was finding shows that the battery has a two-year warranty when I called back the girls said yes it’s out of warranty by a month or two at this point it was two years and two months old and she said that it only had a two year warranty, which is actually what I was reading everywhere and then once I told her that I had actually made a claim at 1.9 years old she changed it to. Oh maybe I made a mistake. Maybe it only has a one-year warranty and it really made me upset and I hate that you buy $1000 bicycle and they will not stand behind the battery during the warranty. Anyway, I got the runaround and I’m not very happy with them at all. Maybe this review will stick but I’m not paying $310 for a new battery when it did not even last two years with perfect maintenance in a climate controlled garage . So this is the truth that hopefully this will stick because it’s not a review on their site. No use to leave a bad review on their site because it will never get posted. They do not let the real Reviews stick.
