CAI have the Brawn and I absolutely love… I have the Brawn and I absolutely love it! I have put over 700km on the bike and there are no issues. One of the main reasons I went with the Brawn over other E-bikes is the dropper seat post. This is an absolute game changer which most e-bikes do not have sadly. Being able to change seat height on the go is a crucial feature. Riding at your normal height and then dropping it right down to comfortably sit at stop lights, or going down hill off road. This is so important and makes a massive difference in the riding experience. HeyBike made such a good decision to include this!

I guess I’m not the only one who loses his keys. I have two cityscape bikes, my Mars, in Eugene, Oregon with family, and my Ranger here at home in Santa Monica. That is my favorite bike. I have had perfect experiences every time with Heybike.

GBHEYBIKE'S customer service The rumors of bad customer service for all e-bikes companys might be true for most. But I have found HEYBIKE to be excellent. Clear, helpful, and understanding. They take the time to go through the whole process, making sure even a newbie like me gets the information I need

GBCustomer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with assembly of one of my two bikes and both Lyn and Ruby were super helpful!!! They are a pleasure to work with. The bike itself is really good looking, sturdy and easy to assemble. I have not put it through it's paces yet, but am confident it will live up to Consumer Report's top rating of the ebikes they tested (which is why I bought it).

GBOrder Ranger s from Amazon on 27 March… Order Ranger s from Amazon on 27 March bike was supposed to be delivered 3 to 5 April on 7 April contacted Heybike about order. They stated that the bike was out of stock and wouldn't be shipped till the 24th of April. So be trying to get answers where bike is and will it be shipped. Send customer service email everyday now for 4 days with all email from them about bike. Don't waste your money order from different company.
