CAI have the Brawn and I absolutely love… I have the Brawn and I absolutely love it! I have put over 700km on the bike and there are no issues. One of the main reasons I went with the Brawn over other E-bikes is the dropper seat post. This is an absolute game changer which most e-bikes do not have sadly. Being able to change seat height on the go is a crucial feature. Riding at your normal height and then dropping it right down to comfortably sit at stop lights, or going down hill off road. This is so important and makes a massive difference in the riding experience. HeyBike made such a good decision to include this!

GBI’m very happy with the product and the… I’m very happy with the product and the customer support team. They have been very responsive to my minor issues caused by the shipping company. I highly recommend purchasing one their e-bikes. We got the Explorer and Horizon and have put about a hundred miles on them on Holden Beach, NC. What a great way to look for seashells. My wife found a two inch Black Shark tooth today!

GBCustomer service was great Customer service was great. Bike was shipped with the wrong seat post. Was not a big deal but they are shipping me the correct seat post. Customer service via email was up there with top tier e-bike companies. Replying was fast and the solution was immediate. I’m glad I checked out HeyBike. Thank you.

GBCustomer Service The customer service was excellent. I purchased a bike from Heybike, but battery didn’t work and I also needed a replacement for the reversible seat post. I emailed Heybike customer service and after a week I got the new battery. I am very happy with the service they provided. Thank you so much to Eddy and everyone else at Heybike who helped me out!!

GBRuby is the reason for five stars Ruby is the reason for five stars! I purchased 2 Ranger S bikes from a dealer near me. I soon after had a battery problem. The dealer gave great lip service for 3 months with no results. I finally went to Heybike online service site. Ruby asked some questions and asked for video of the problem. Ruby answered the emails in a very timely manor. Got my battery and learned a lesson My dealer (west coast kayaks) sucks! Ruby at Heybike support is awesome!
