GBCustomer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with assembly of one of my two bikes and both Lyn and Ruby were super helpful!!! They are a pleasure to work with. The bike itself is really good looking, sturdy and easy to assemble. I have not put it through it's paces yet, but am confident it will live up to Consumer Report's top rating of the ebikes they tested (which is why I bought it).

GBRuby is the reason for five stars Ruby is the reason for five stars! I purchased 2 Ranger S bikes from a dealer near me. I soon after had a battery problem. The dealer gave great lip service for 3 months with no results. I finally went to Heybike online service site. Ruby asked some questions and asked for video of the problem. Ruby answered the emails in a very timely manor. Got my battery and learned a lesson My dealer (west coast kayaks) sucks! Ruby at Heybike support is awesome!

So fun spending the next 2 months with "customer support". 2 controllers, 2 displays later NOTHING! I BASICALLY REBULIT THE BIKE TWICE. Returned it at their expense via Amazon. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER BUY HEYBIKE!!! No Quality Control

GBIf I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would. Things may be different in the States but here in uk customer service is dreadful ! We bought 2 e bikes from them 1 is unusable! Awaiting collection & replacement . No phone call or email re day /time . They know we need replacement by 15th for our holiday but do not answer emails or messages the phone goes straight to answerphone & they do not return calls . The next step will be trading standards . To say we are annoyed is an understatement

GBNot very happy with this company the… Not very happy with this company the expensive battery on my Heybike Mars went bad at 1.9 years. I left a review on their site and it said pending approval but they do not ever post my truthful review so the reviews on their site are not accurate. Anyway, I called in before two years and they had a customer service rep that told me the battery was probably bad from what I was telling them, but did not offer any type of a new battery or a prorated battery amount because he said it only had a one year warranty, but all of the print that I was finding shows that the battery has a two-year warranty when I called back the girls said yes it’s out of warranty by a month or two at this point it was two years and two months old and she said that it only had a two year warranty, which is actually what I was reading everywhere and then once I told her that I had actually made a claim at 1.9 years old she changed it to. Oh maybe I made a mistake. Maybe it only has a one-year warranty and it really made me upset and I hate that you buy $1000 bicycle and they will not stand behind the battery during the warranty. Anyway, I got the runaround and I’m not very happy with them at all. Maybe this review will stick but I’m not paying $310 for a new battery when it did not even last two years with perfect maintenance in a climate controlled garage . So this is the truth that hopefully this will stick because it’s not a review on their site. No use to leave a bad review on their site because it will never get posted. They do not let the real Reviews stick.
