GBCustomer service review: Customer service review: I emailed Heybike because I placed an online order and only received 3 of my 4 items. It had only been 8 days, so didn’t know if it was just a shipping delay or if they forgot my item all together. I thought I would just shoot an email and ask. Ruby responded same day and provided me with all the tracking numbers.. great turnaround response time! Turns out my item was actually on its way and I got it the following day.

GBSolid Bike. Recommend Solid, versatile bike. Great reviews (written and Youtube). Delivery had some hiccups but customer service was exceptional (Ruby). I use the bike as a commuter and it handles great. Is great for tall people. Folds away neatly though it is heavy at 70lbs. Extremely intuitive, practical and user friendly. Handles steep hills well with light pedal assist (not breaking a sweat) or without at low speed.

GBCustomer Service The customer service was excellent. I purchased a bike from Heybike, but battery didn’t work and I also needed a replacement for the reversible seat post. I emailed Heybike customer service and after a week I got the new battery. I am very happy with the service they provided. Thank you so much to Eddy and everyone else at Heybike who helped me out!!

GBI just wanted to give a shoutout to… I just wanted to give a shoutout to this eBike company because I'm absolutely loving my eBike from them! It's made my outdoor rides a whole lot more fun and effortless, especially when tackling those uphill routes. The battery life is pretty impressive too, and it's got a super comfy ride. Overall, it's been a great addition to my adventures! 🚴♂️
