I had several questions, they quickly responded. The products ship quickly, I always know the status of my orders and where the package is! I just wish the folks i live with and see every day could keep me as well informed as Urban does!

GBLet me start by saying Let me start by saying, I love this bike!! I’ve made quite a few changes to make it what it is today. Like: suspended forks, front 1000W hub motor, mirrors, high beam with flashing light, and a suspended seat post. A lot of trial and error because no one knows what to do with parts like the front fender after upgrading to the Revi suspended forks and the front hub motor. You can’t re-mount the fender(very frustrating) with the mounting holes offered because it will keep the shock in the fork from traveling,@#*, stupid design!

GBVery happy with my new tricycle Very happy with my new tricycle. Everyone was great in answering my calls regarding delivery and tracking. Looking forward to a great summer with my bike. Pedal assist is a wonderful at 1 or two setting and if I need extra boost the thumb throttle is right there! I can change pedal assist as needed while riding. Will be getting some mirrors installed so I can see if there are cars coming up on me. Love my new freedom when my husband has the car, I can ride to senior cente r, library or up to the beach. GBHeadlight Issue Over the weekend I had my headlight quit working. Contacted Chris early Monday morning, they had a new headlight shipped that day and by Wednesday I was back to night riding! could not be happier with the service I have received so far!! top notch service and even better bike.

GBI purchased a Delfast Ebike from here. I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here.. 19 months go by and my battery is dead.. it was only left sitting with a full charge for one month.. I’ve made several attempts to contact them about this issue and haven’t heard a word.. I see a lot of good reviews about good customer service.. But idk.. 🤷🏼.. Did this place sell me a 7,000.00 ebike with an old battery and leave me in the lurch.. Perhaps....
