NO RESPONSE OR BIKE I ordered a Cruzer from a company called Urban E. I finally received the bike and is was in fair condition, the instructions to put it together could have been easier and had a better explanation. I have ridden the bike and ii is easy to handle and comfortable. I have had both knees replaced and mounting it is much easier than other bikes. I think in the long run it will serve me well.

I love my new bike I love my new bike. I would have given it 5 stars but your support team on the internet was zero help when it came to basic questions about putting it together. We were able to put it all together but it would have been nice to have had some of our questions answered from the company we bought it from.

EW 36 Great Scooter I ordered an EW29 Trike it took awhile for it to be delivered Chris stayed on top of it when it arrived my wife hated the trike E Wheels messed up on this trike horrible design Chris made the arrangements to ship it back it cost me $475.00 I then placed an order for an Ew 36 scooter with a discount from Chris again it took time for shipping but Chris again stayed on top of it when it arrived my wife loves it she rides this scooter every day thanks Chris for making my wife’s life more pleasant by being able to get out of the house. very soon we will order a EW 46 scooter because we both want to enjoy being outdoors together Thanks Chris

I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here. I purchased a Delfast Ebike from here.. 19 months go by and my battery is dead.. it was only left sitting with a full charge for one month.. I’ve made several attempts to contact them about this issue and haven’t heard a word.. I see a lot of good reviews about good customer service.. But idk.. 🤷🏼.. Did this place sell me a 7,000.00 ebike with an old battery and leave me in the lurch.. Perhaps....

But this needs to be said Chris CEO of urban E bikes Is not a very honest man. I’ve left over 15 messages and he’s gotten back to me one time I sent over 20 emails and he takes several days to get back to Tumi if he gets back to me at all then he chooses and picks which one of the emails he’s gonna response to he doesn’t address all the issues that I’m having with the E bike that I purchased from him and he doesn’t seem to care that I spent $2100 and I still haven’t enjoyed my bike yet I’ve been asking for an RMA for two weeks now and he has yet to send me the necessary paperwork. He’s Poor excuse for a businessman. And I will never ever buy anything from the store again and I will highly publicized how badly he does business
