GBNo service, they avoid customers I attempted to purchase a helm in a certain color (matte black camo). When I received an email with another color (grey) on it I attempted to contact them to correct the issue. I left my phone number through their fake customer service phone number bot and instead of them calling me, they emailed me which I was on a trip not checking my email. Then they just closed out the ticket as resolved without ever calling me. I attempted to call multi times and they have never returned the call.

GBCustomer service is responsive and understands my issues. Very high quality bikes and accessories that are priced much better than you will find at brick and mortar stores. GBEasy and trusting website with quality products! I had a great experience with bikes online from navigating their website, finding the bike I wanted to the shipping and taking delivery. The box came within 7 business days, had no shipping damage and the bike was neatly in its box. I put the bike together, gave it a little tune up and have ridden my bike for 6 long rides without any issues. I will continue to use them for my future business.

GBanyone looking to upgrade their current… anyone looking to upgrade their current rig, and perhaps even first starting out should consider Bikesonline, and the marin line. with the exception a hangup with fedex- they are brutal- everthing from selection to payment and shipping, to my first ride was seamless. the packing system protected the bell incredibly well! full 5/5 reccomendation!!!
