USI was sent the incorrect bike I was sent the incorrect bike. I tried to contact them and got the run around from Bob the Bot the automated system response. I've spent the entire afternoon trying to get a response. I wouldn't do business with them again even for 1/2 price. The fact a human can't call about a 2100 purchase snafu is insane.

USThe Hellios problem, the Bike Online problematic customer service First time I gave 4 stars, now I am going to change it for 1 star. After 200km my Helios A 8X began been knocking from headset. I did tied all the screws and the problem been hasn't solved. Tried to contact Bikes Online and no answer..every answer is robotic (phone,mail,chat) So my experience with them is really bad almost horrible...

USEasy and trusting website with quality products! I had a great experience with bikes online from navigating their website, finding the bike I wanted to the shipping and taking delivery. The box came within 7 business days, had no shipping damage and the bike was neatly in its box. I put the bike together, gave it a little tune up and have ridden my bike for 6 long rides without any issues. I will continue to use them for my future business.

USPolygon bike is nice but Bikes Online… Polygon bike is nice but Bikes Online client service is pretty terrible. Had some issues, the number listed as a client help phone number seemingly goes to a fax and responses to emails read like canned responses and offer no real, personal help. I like the bike but I will never again do business with Bikes Online, it's just not worth it.

USCustomer service is responsive and understands my issues. Very high quality bikes and accessories that are priced much better than you will find at brick and mortar stores.
