GBHigh quality bikes for cheap Really excellent company for bikes. I had never heard of the Polygon brand before and was looking for a budget mountain bike to get into riding with. I'm an experience road and gravel rider so I knew the specifics of what I wanted. I spent months looking for the right bike and the bikes here are so incredibly nice for the price it's almost hard to believe. I've taken my D7 out twice so far and been incredibly impressed with the quality for the cost. Don't be surprised if there's a few cheap parts on the bike, the core components are solid and most of the cheap components are the first ones I'd upgrade on any bike.

GBNo service, they avoid customers I attempted to purchase a helm in a certain color (matte black camo). When I received an email with another color (grey) on it I attempted to contact them to correct the issue. I left my phone number through their fake customer service phone number bot and instead of them calling me, they emailed me which I was on a trip not checking my email. Then they just closed out the ticket as resolved without ever calling me. I attempted to call multi times and they have never returned the call.

GBThe Hellios problem, the Bike Online problematic customer service First time I gave 4 stars, now I am going to change it for 1 star. After 200km my Helios A 8X began been knocking from headset. I did tied all the screws and the problem been hasn't solved. Tried to contact Bikes Online and no answer..every answer is robotic (phone,mail,chat) So my experience with them is really bad almost horrible...

GBI was sent the incorrect bike I was sent the incorrect bike. I tried to contact them and got the run around from Bob the Bot the automated system response. I've spent the entire afternoon trying to get a response. I wouldn't do business with them again even for 1/2 price. The fact a human can't call about a 2100 purchase snafu is insane.
