GBI bought an Emojo electric bike several… I bought an Emojo electric bike several years ago, on line. Then let it set for over a year and the battery died. After lots of searching and e-mails, I found this outlet in CA that was kind enough to walk me through identifying the battery type I needed and of course helping me repace the dead one. Nice quick responses and easy instructions.

GBnot professional at all to honestly say… not professional at all to honestly say ! Sabrina was great, but the tech didn't do a nice job ! Any bike shop would have done a clean bike & well adjusted something you will have to fix 1- rear derailleur was unable to shift on the easy gear, skipping & skipping 2- the 2 wheel was covered with red grease spent over an hour to clean that grease & adjust the derailleur

GBVery mixed feelings The first thing which I ordered did not have the necessary bolt. They said that it would be sent but it never was. The second thing which I ordered online was out of stock and took more than a month to get. Their order system should be connected to inventory to alert buyers of backordered items before the order. The third item arrived in a timely manner. So 1 out of 3 orders went smoothly. Additionally, their responsiveness to emails has not been very good. Some of my emails took multiple resends to get a response.

GBGreat basket (missing assembly parts) Product ( metal basket) is a 5 star but gave you a four star for some assembly parts were missing (washers/bolt/nut) and still(1week) have not heard back on my request to send replacement parts.

GBI've purchased and enjoy my Emojo Caddy… I've purchased and enjoy my Emojo Caddy Pro trike. I find the guality and the way this trike is put together to be of high standards. I've since purchased excessaries on line and found that process to be of the same although I was a little disappointed at the scarcity of excessaries. I would highly recommend the Emojo products for ebike purchases.
