I've purchased and enjoy my Emojo Caddy… I've purchased and enjoy my Emojo Caddy Pro trike. I find the guality and the way this trike is put together to be of high standards. I've since purchased excessaries on line and found that process to be of the same although I was a little disappointed at the scarcity of excessaries. I would highly recommend the Emojo products for ebike purchases.

I was pleased for the most part I was pleased for the most part, but the led light I bought came with no box, and no instructions for assemble, so I had to guess my way, search google, and get help from friends to assemble. The surfboard racks, the metal latches fell off so weren’t secure. This happened even before first use. We clamped them tighter, but made me question the quality. That said, shipment came fairly soon, and owner emailed personally with order, letting me know if I needed any help moving forward, let them know. That alone made me happy with the order.

After lots of searching and e-mails, I found this outlet in CA that was kind enough to walk me through identifying the battery type I needed and of course helping me repace the dead one.
