Any bike shop would have done a clean bike & well adjusted something you will have to fix 1- rear derailleur was unable to shift on the easy gear, skipping & skipping 2- the 2 wheel was covered with red grease spent over an hour to clean that grease & adjust the derailleur

Great bike , great company . I purchased my e bike from this company and about a year later I had a problem with the battery so I called them up and the sent me a new battery fast and at no charge. A couple of years later I bought some accessories from thier website and had a question about one of the items so I called the company again. The nice lady said she would check with tech support and call me back. Within an hour she called me back with an answer to my question. I'm in New York, they're in California and I really feel they stand behind what they sell..

I received the wrong bike rack by… I received the wrong bike rack by mistake. I contacted Emojo customer service and Sabrina Robinson, Emojo Rockstar, arranged for the return and shipped out the correct unit. Seamless and very fast. Kevin
