Great bike , great company . I purchased my e bike from this company and about a year later I had a problem with the battery so I called them up and the sent me a new battery fast and at no charge. A couple of years later I bought some accessories from thier website and had a question about one of the items so I called the company again. The nice lady said she would check with tech support and call me back. Within an hour she called me back with an answer to my question. I'm in New York, they're in California and I really feel they stand behind what they sell..

I bought an Emojo electric bike several… I bought an Emojo electric bike several years ago, on line. Then let it set for over a year and the battery died. After lots of searching and e-mails, I found this outlet in CA that was kind enough to walk me through identifying the battery type I needed and of course helping me repace the dead one. Nice quick responses and easy instructions.

I was pleased for the most part I was pleased for the most part, but the led light I bought came with no box, and no instructions for assemble, so I had to guess my way, search google, and get help from friends to assemble. The surfboard racks, the metal latches fell off so weren’t secure. This happened even before first use. We clamped them tighter, but made me question the quality. That said, shipment came fairly soon, and owner emailed personally with order, letting me know if I needed any help moving forward, let them know. That alone made me happy with the order.
