Great bike , great company . I purchased my e bike from this company and about a year later I had a problem with the battery so I called them up and the sent me a new battery fast and at no charge. A couple of years later I bought some accessories from thier website and had a question about one of the items so I called the company again. The nice lady said she would check with tech support and call me back. Within an hour she called me back with an answer to my question. I'm in New York, they're in California and I really feel they stand behind what they sell..

fast delivery, but some problems Got the bikes fast. that was great. No instructions on how to put the bike together, not so good. Not getting a reply when I emailed for printable instructions, really not good. It is a good thing my son is a mechanic and has his own tools as the tool kit that is part of the kit is not appropriate or useful. Please keep in mind that not everyone has a "smart" phone and are unable to "scan" the QR code for the instructions. Please make a copy available on your site in PDF or other printable format. Pro Tip: for those that are DIY, you will need a metric wrench set (8-17mm), metric hex key(Allen wrench) set,box cutter/knife, side cutters, vise grips/pliers, small Phillips (P1) screwdriver and a 3/8 blade flat tip screwdriver.

Good Caddy Pro but poor customer follow up to get a replacement battery Assembled the bike and battery was inoperable. Poor written assembly instructions. Called the battery problem in Friday and no help. Back all day working with Emojo trying to get a new battery coming. No one returned any of my comms- emails or voicemails. Quality of the trike seems good with exception of the battery but can’t fully test it. Very dissatisfied with the customer service trying to get a problem corrected. This should have been a 5 minute troubleshooting call and then quick follow up to get a replacement battery coming. Hope this is not a preview of future customer service if I have another problem.

Very mixed feelings The first thing which I ordered did not have the necessary bolt. They said that it would be sent but it never was. The second thing which I ordered online was out of stock and took more than a month to get. Their order system should be connected to inventory to alert buyers of backordered items before the order. The third item arrived in a timely manner. So 1 out of 3 orders went smoothly. Additionally, their responsiveness to emails has not been very good. Some of my emails took multiple resends to get a response.
