not professional at all to honestly say… not professional at all to honestly say ! Sabrina was great, but the tech didn't do a nice job ! Any bike shop would have done a clean bike & well adjusted something you will have to fix 1- rear derailleur was unable to shift on the easy gear, skipping & skipping 2- the 2 wheel was covered with red grease spent over an hour to clean that grease & adjust the derailleur
