GBI ordered a battery early may I ordered a battery early may, when I checked tracking on it after it should have arrived, it stated the order had been cancelled. Their website stated it was in stock. Journey bikes said they would let me know when they would be available again. They did not. However, I just received an email stating they had shipped one 14days ago. I have not received it. I searched to find one and did through a different company. My original battery only lasted 220 miles, of course they didn’t replace. I have had terrible customer service with them. Buy local folks, that’s my advice.

GBStill no bike/no information The purchase went smoothly. I preordered my bike and was told I would have an update. However I haven’t received any update and I’m becoming quite concerned as I have paid for my bike in advance. They said it would be available in April however it’s April 15th and still no idea if and when I will receive my bike. I put off writing this review hoping I would have my bike and more to review; however this is all I can say. Communication is key to happy clients.

GBOrdered first week in April...received…Despite the wait and terrible directions, a fantastic bike! Ordered first week in April...received last week inJuly...unacceptable. Plenty of apologies but no real explanations... Assembly directions were terrible...poor English with vague diagrams that were too small to decipher even with a magnifying glass. Videos on line were much more understandable! The bike itself is fantastic...well worth the wait...sturdy, quiet, beautiful color, fast, and comfortable!

GBI just canceled my order after many… I just canceled my order after many delays and excuses about shipping delays and etc. I waited 3 months with very little commission from Journey Bikes most me requesting updates. Very unsatisfied and do not recommend this company for any services.

GBOrder Not Received My wife ordered a replacement part for her bike paid over $100.00 for the part. The order was placed 3/11/2023 and never received the part. We have left messages at the number posted on their website twice. We have emailed several times to only get one response. On 3/16/2023 someone named Oliver replied that the part would be ship by Monday 3/20/2023 Nothing has been received yet. All I’m asking is for the part or a refund to my account. It would be good business practice to at least respond to emails or phone calls!!
