I got a defective one from Matthew Munoz at NAKTO and for 3 months he and Natalie Krul (co owner of Journey Bikes) have done nothing about the problem. These JERKS have ruined my wife's summer.

GBI ordered a battery early may I ordered a battery early may, when I checked tracking on it after it should have arrived, it stated the order had been cancelled. Their website stated it was in stock. Journey bikes said they would let me know when they would be available again. They did not. However, I just received an email stating they had shipped one 14days ago. I have not received it. I searched to find one and did through a different company. My original battery only lasted 220 miles, of course they didn’t replace. I have had terrible customer service with them. Buy local folks, that’s my advice.

GBOrdered first week in April...received…Despite the wait and terrible directions, a fantastic bike! Ordered first week in April...received last week inJuly...unacceptable. Plenty of apologies but no real explanations... Assembly directions were terrible...poor English with vague diagrams that were too small to decipher even with a magnifying glass. Videos on line were much more understandable! The bike itself is fantastic...well worth the wait...sturdy, quiet, beautiful color, fast, and comfortable!

GBWe have purchased several E-bikes over… We have purchased several E-bikes over this last year. We have had issues with every company we have purchased from except journey Bikes. I absolutely love my bike. I have Spine issues and the X-Treme Sedona 48V 500W Step Through Mountain E-Bike has proved to give me a smoother ride. Although I don’t do a lot of off road riding in rough terrain.

GBI ordered my bike on Mother’s Day and… I ordered my bike on Mother’s Day and did not get it until the end of July. Multiple times they told me it would be on “the next truck.” Customer Service was not willing two offer any compensation. Just said, if you don’t want it we can cancel the order. The bike is great, the company and customer service is Definitely not.
