Loves the ebike! My wife and I started riding together several months ago, then during a trip back home with a strong headwind, she proclaimed she was done. After getting her new ebike, she's in love with riding and can't believe how much fun it is. Thank you Journey Bikes!

We love our Laguna and Catalina Beach Cruisers I bought 2 e-bikes from Journey Bikes and because of the corona pandemic the shipment was delayed. Journey Bikes did a excellent job keeping me in the loop until my bikes arrived. Upon receipt of the bikes, a few issues surfaced during the assembly of the bikes. They immediately jumped on my concerns and worked with the manufacturer to send me replacement parts. Again, they kept me posted and were involved every step of the way. The blue Laguna and pink Catalina beach cruisers I bought are beautiful and are very, very well made. Journey Bikes stands behind their product and I highly recommend them for your purchase of a e-bike.

Not too thrilled with Journey bikes so… Not too thrilled with Journey bikes so far. My wife and I purchased two ebikes from them last Christmas and we still haven't received them. Good luck with trying to reach anyone in customer service. I keep on getting a pacifying response saying your bikes should be on this next shipment. A bunch of broken promises.

Good E-bike I'm very happy with the bike, but I can't do 5 stars due to the time it took to put together and I can't get the front fender to fit. Customer service from the manufacturer wants video proof. So, wish I had done that prior to giving up and removing it. Back to the drawing board. The bike however, works well and is fun to use. I recommend going straight to YouTube for assembly instructions. Both my husband and I concluded the included instructions were not helpful at all.

Still no bike/no information The purchase went smoothly. I preordered my bike and was told I would have an update. However I haven’t received any update and I’m becoming quite concerned as I have paid for my bike in advance. They said it would be available in April however it’s April 15th and still no idea if and when I will receive my bike. I put off writing this review hoping I would have my bike and more to review; however this is all I can say. Communication is key to happy clients.
