GBWe love our Laguna and Catalina Beach Cruisers I bought 2 e-bikes from Journey Bikes and because of the corona pandemic the shipment was delayed. Journey Bikes did a excellent job keeping me in the loop until my bikes arrived. Upon receipt of the bikes, a few issues surfaced during the assembly of the bikes. They immediately jumped on my concerns and worked with the manufacturer to send me replacement parts. Again, they kept me posted and were involved every step of the way. The blue Laguna and pink Catalina beach cruisers I bought are beautiful and are very, very well made. Journey Bikes stands behind their product and I highly recommend them for your purchase of a e-bike.

GBOrdered first week in April...received…Despite the wait and terrible directions, a fantastic bike! Ordered first week in April...received last week inJuly...unacceptable. Plenty of apologies but no real explanations... Assembly directions were terrible...poor English with vague diagrams that were too small to decipher even with a magnifying glass. Videos on line were much more understandable! The bike itself is fantastic...well worth the wait...sturdy, quiet, beautiful color, fast, and comfortable!

GBJourney bikes was great all around but…e Journey bikes was great all around but one of the suppliers bikes is not while journey bikes had great customer service there supplier evokes did not. Ordered 2 bikes for 2000.00 dollars and both had several spots of paint damage for which they send a small bottle of touch up paint, this is fine if it’s a spot but both fenders were badly scratched do to poor and careless packaging. 1 rim had two colors of paint damage and only received to paint for one color but even that wasn’t going to fix the paint would have been horrible looking. Fact is 2000.00 for a couple bikes and they couldn’t handle it properly.

GBCustomer Service Journey Bikes customer service is stellar. Since my bike has not arrived yet I have contacted customer service several times for shipping updates. Their responses have been timely and informative. I would have given 5 stars if I had received my bike. I’m patiently waiting.

GBI ordered my bike on Mother’s Day and… I ordered my bike on Mother’s Day and did not get it until the end of July. Multiple times they told me it would be on “the next truck.” Customer Service was not willing two offer any compensation. Just said, if you don’t want it we can cancel the order. The bike is great, the company and customer service is Definitely not.
