Ordered an item via the website and… Ordered an item via the website and then a day later received a cancellation notice. I don't understand how in 2021, companies can't figure out inventory.

Was super excited to get my bike Was super excited to get my bike. I understand the delayed shipping due to covid but the customer service was non existent. Emailed 4-5 times and finally over a week later I got shipping confirmation. Bike came in expected shape and was exactly what I was looking for. The only reason I reviewed so low was because customer service should be a top priority when running a business.

Happy customer I ordered on a Thursday evening, order shipped on the following Wednesday (they say 1-3 business days to ship) and received order on the following Tuesday via UPS ground. I’m in NJ. They emailed me that it was out for delivery and again when it was delivered. Items (handlebar bag and feedbag) were well packed and I’m very happy with them.

Awesome Simply put well worth the purchase. Bike was just as described. Looks fantastic, handles great, and super excited I made the purchase. I’ve been looking at after market kits to add to another bike but through research decided to give this a go. I’ve only had it a few days but looks to be well made to handle the many miles I dream of putting on it. Shipping was super fast in my experience but can’t speak to others experiences I’ve read about. Either way it would be worth it. My only negative outlook would be getting a hold of add ones which seem to be in short supply. Great advertising for this product out there...hats off to the marketing dept. Glad to be part of the “super squad”!
