I called and emailed service times to check the status of my order but never received any response. Yes I know we are dealing with COVID19 however if you are still open and selling merchandise, you should communicate with customers.

GBThe service was performed as promised… The service was performed as promised and finally, I got my bike. There were a few days delay in delivering my bike due to some confusion about the phone number and email. The mechanic who assembled my bike did a nice job.

GBFrom Topos to Texas Baby! Topos Outdoor impressed me from start to finish. Their website is easy to navigate. It was simple to compare bikes in the price range I had for my budget and I found the right fit with the right parts in the Haro I selected. After my order I contacted customer service to find out how Covid would impact my purchase, the lady was awesome, she gave me the exact shipment date which was spot on. I have told more than 5 people about the exceptional service and savings I received buying through Topos, hopefully they see more orders coming in from Texas.

GBYou Guys Rock! Overall inventory, service and payment options choices are exceptional! My bike did got twice as long as it should to get here. It seems like it cam all the way to my state from CA, and then it went back to CA, and then it came back here. So a shipment that should take one week, took two. Other than that, you guys rock!

GBKnew nothing about them, couldn’t have been happier The site layout made finding the bike I wanted extremely easy and shipping was quick even by pandemic standards. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, not sure why this site hasn’t taken off yet
