Knew nothing about them, couldn’t have been happier The site layout made finding the bike I wanted extremely easy and shipping was quick even by pandemic standards. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, not sure why this site hasn’t taken off yet

Overall very good experience Overall very good experience. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was taking longer than expected to receive my order seeing as how I only live 100 miles from the store. I called and discovered that the gloves weren't in stock and they were transferring my order from a different warehouse. I would have liked to know that up front when I ordered. Other than that good selection, good prices and good customer service.

Very disappointed I ordered two bikes, heard nothing for several days and then finally two days after contacting customer service I found out both bikes were out of stock and was told I would be refunded. Now, a week later, the money still isn't back in my account and I have no bikes. If they were out of stock I should not have been able to make the purchase to begin with. I'm very disappointed in the entire experience so far.

Shipped damaged bike with missing components I was super excited to receive my Marin Headlands 2, however, upon arrival, I realized it was missing several assembly components, was scratched on the stem, and the drop-seat cable was cut too short and needed to be re-installed. When I contacted Topos about these issues they offered a $50 refund. For a $3k bike that felt insulting, moreover, it doesn't even cover the labor costs for re-doing the internal cabling. Knowing the margins for a small bike shop can be tight, I countered with $150 but never heard back.

From Topos to Texas Baby! Topos Outdoor impressed me from start to finish. Their website is easy to navigate. It was simple to compare bikes in the price range I had for my budget and I found the right fit with the right parts in the Haro I selected. After my order I contacted customer service to find out how Covid would impact my purchase, the lady was awesome, she gave me the exact shipment date which was spot on. I have told more than 5 people about the exceptional service and savings I received buying through Topos, hopefully they see more orders coming in from Texas.
