Knew nothing about them, couldn’t have been happier The site layout made finding the bike I wanted extremely easy and shipping was quick even by pandemic standards. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, not sure why this site hasn’t taken off yet

First and last purchase from Topos Outdoors I bought a bike revived my order confirmation and waited about a week to receive the shipping info as well. Since I never received the shipping info I emailed support to find out when I can expect my bike to arrive. It was then that let me know that bike was actually out of stock and they will not be getting anymore. I’m frustrated that I had to reach out to them to learn this information and by the time I found out the bike was also no longer available on all the other sites that I could’ve purchased from. I expressed my disappointment and received no reply.

Great experience! Great experience ordering from Topos Outdoor. Bike was exactly as described and pictured. Shipping did take longer than expected, 2 weeks, but other than that A+.

Damaged/improper parts on delivery The bike arrived quickly which was great but the Seatpost did not fit in the seat tube and when I messaged Topos for some assistance fixing the issue I got no response. My only option seems to be to fit the problem myself by having a bike shop sand out the inside of the seat tube or grind down the diameter of the seat post so that it fits and easily adjusts up and down. Additionally, one of the parts on the left crank arm was badly scratched due to improper packing.
