After weeks of looking for a bike… After weeks of looking for a bike without success, I landed on Topos' site . Without knowing anything from Topos, I went for it and ordered my bike. II expected some sort of delay due to Covid. Amazingly, my bike made it to Texas in less than a week! Perfectly packaged I assembled it in 10 minutes! I would highly recommend them to anyone I will definitely buy from them in the future . Thank you.

Scam Don’t waste your time ordering from this shady website.. ordered a bike last week never told me when it would be shipped or if if it had been tracking number was invalid called said it was processing called back today after a week because apparently I no longer have an account with them anymore weird huh? then they had the nerve to say they were out of stock wasn’t planning on telling me or anything oh and yeah you can’t call until 2 pm hopefully I see a refund soon.. should’ve known better with it only having very few reviews and their social media pages have been inactive since last year.

First and last purchase from Topos Outdoors I bought a bike revived my order confirmation and waited about a week to receive the shipping info as well. Since I never received the shipping info I emailed support to find out when I can expect my bike to arrive. It was then that let me know that bike was actually out of stock and they will not be getting anymore. I’m frustrated that I had to reach out to them to learn this information and by the time I found out the bike was also no longer available on all the other sites that I could’ve purchased from. I expressed my disappointment and received no reply.

Awesome Simply put well worth the purchase. Bike was just as described. Looks fantastic, handles great, and super excited I made the purchase. I’ve been looking at after market kits to add to another bike but through research decided to give this a go. I’ve only had it a few days but looks to be well made to handle the many miles I dream of putting on it. Shipping was super fast in my experience but can’t speak to others experiences I’ve read about. Either way it would be worth it. My only negative outlook would be getting a hold of add ones which seem to be in short supply. Great advertising for this product out there...hats off to the marketing dept. Glad to be part of the “super squad”!

Damaged/improper parts on delivery The bike arrived quickly which was great but the Seatpost did not fit in the seat tube and when I messaged Topos for some assistance fixing the issue I got no response. My only option seems to be to fit the problem myself by having a bike shop sand out the inside of the seat tube or grind down the diameter of the seat post so that it fits and easily adjusts up and down. Additionally, one of the parts on the left crank arm was badly scratched due to improper packing.
