Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it was taking longer than expected to receive my order seeing as how I only live 100 miles from the store. I called and discovered that the gloves weren't in stock and they were transferring my order from a different warehouse. I would have liked to know that up front when I ordered. Other than that good selection, good prices and good customer service.

GBThey collected my money at the point of… They collected my money at the point of purchase. With no updates on the bike's status I hunted down and contacted support to see where it was in the process. I was then told that my bike was overstocked and they would refund my money. This cost me the opportunity to get the same bike from a different vendor and kept my wallet lighter with nothing in return for it for over a week. I do understand that these are tough times, but I should have been contacted and refunded long before I made my exploratory phone call.

GBHonestly....I haven't opened the box… Honestly....I haven't opened the box the FUJI Bicycle was delivered in, however, the delivery was speedy and problem proofed during this time of CoVid. No complaints with the process of purchase and delivery. Thank you.

GBThe customer service was terrible The customer service was terrible. My account was never updated. I called and emailed service times to check the status of my order but never received any response. Yes I know we are dealing with COVID19 however if you are still open and selling merchandise, you should communicate with customers.
