Awesome Simply put well worth the purchase. Bike was just as described. Looks fantastic, handles great, and super excited I made the purchase. I’ve been looking at after market kits to add to another bike but through research decided to give this a go. I’ve only had it a few days but looks to be well made to handle the many miles I dream of putting on it. Shipping was super fast in my experience but can’t speak to others experiences I’ve read about. Either way it would be worth it. My only negative outlook would be getting a hold of add ones which seem to be in short supply. Great advertising for this product out there...hats off to the marketing dept. Glad to be part of the “super squad”!

The customer service was terrible The customer service was terrible. My account was never updated. I called and emailed service times to check the status of my order but never received any response. Yes I know we are dealing with COVID19 however if you are still open and selling merchandise, you should communicate with customers.

After weeks of looking for a bike… After weeks of looking for a bike without success, I landed on Topos' site . Without knowing anything from Topos, I went for it and ordered my bike. II expected some sort of delay due to Covid. Amazingly, my bike made it to Texas in less than a week! Perfectly packaged I assembled it in 10 minutes! I would highly recommend them to anyone I will definitely buy from them in the future . Thank you.

Ordered an item via the website and… Ordered an item via the website and then a day later received a cancellation notice. I don't understand how in 2021, companies can't figure out inventory.

Was super excited to get my bike Was super excited to get my bike. I understand the delayed shipping due to covid but the customer service was non existent. Emailed 4-5 times and finally over a week later I got shipping confirmation. Bike came in expected shape and was exactly what I was looking for. The only reason I reviewed so low was because customer service should be a top priority when running a business.
