I wanted to register for ANTI-THEFT… I wanted to register for ANTI-THEFT PROTECTION OFFER but no chance for 2 days. Is there any bug that is going on at the moment? I have already registered my lock and bike. I tried reaching out to Kryptonite but no chance as well.

Non-existent customer service, so warranty effectively worthless. AVOID Purchased a lock just under a year ago, key stuck in the lock and not able to extract. Local locksmith told me it wasn't fixable. Tried to contact customer service (as comfortably within warranty period) with all the details specified in the contact form, but have had ZERO response for 26 days, despite commenting on the zendesk ticket. Phoned them to follow up on the issue, simply told "someone will get back to you at some point". Tried phoning again and stuck on permanent hold Nothing I can do at this point but purchase a new lock. Plenty of other companies selling locks - suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Replacement key problems On 10 June I requested a replacement key for a lock (ref #421312) via the website. It took over a month - 20 July - to receive a response, saying that the order will be placed. Still not (Oct 15th) received confirm of despatch or the keys! Are others experiencing such delays? Very slow! I sent a further ticket on the website to chase, but no response. Hoping this review prompts somebody to send a key as I subsequently lost my second original key and can no longer use my bike.

No Customer Service Claim number 109639 Bike stolen start of February 2024. Cut through chain with an angle grinder Submitted claim, almost end of March now, sent a chaser email mid March, still yet to hear back despite them saying they would take up to 30 days for a response. Paid for ATPO but still waiting for the service I paid for

Do not buy the anti protection offer... scam!!! I bought the antiprotection lock offer and it has been over 2 months and since i registered the claim after my bike was stolen. i have contacted many times and not heard anything back. very poor customer service and should advise to stay away!! I want to hear back with a positive outcome asap.
