NLNon-existent customer service, so warranty effectively worthless. AVOID Purchased a lock just under a year ago, key stuck in the lock and not able to extract. Local locksmith told me it wasn't fixable. Tried to contact customer service (as comfortably within warranty period) with all the details specified in the contact form, but have had ZERO response for 26 days, despite commenting on the zendesk ticket. Phoned them to follow up on the issue, simply told "someone will get back to you at some point". Tried phoning again and stuck on permanent hold Nothing I can do at this point but purchase a new lock. Plenty of other companies selling locks - suggest you take your business elsewhere.

IEI filed a claim 6 months ago via… I filed a claim 6 months ago via anti-theft program. I have been following up with them, but no even a single response has been received yet. The program absolutely is the big Scam. Not exactly match what they advertised. Scam shop.

DKUnexpectedly positive… I've had an unexpectedly positive experience. My key snapped inside the lock and in an attempt to get reimbursed for the cost of a locksmith, I reached out to the support team. I didnt get a response, however a month later I recieved a new lock. `it's a little odd, but I'm thankful nonetheless. I gave 4 stars as it still would have been nice to feel like i have an avenue for communication with the team at KRYPTONITE.

FRNo reply from Customer Service after bike theft My 2 bikes were stolen back in August and I did all that was required to report the theft to Kryptonite. However I was never contacted within the 5-7 days as mentioned in the confirmation email. After 30 days, if the bikes were not found therefore I should be eligible for reimbursement but still no new from Kryptonite. I subscribed for the 5 years ATPO but it seems I should not have invested in that unfortunately. [EDIT] It took close to 6 months to get the reimbursement but it came and I can now look into getting 2 new bikes. So it was very long to get an answer but it eventually came. Thank you Kryptonite.

SENobody answered to my claim after 6 months I filed a claim 6 months ago via the anti-theft program and I’m having the same issues experience by several other customers. Not a single response so far and I have tried to reach them again couple of weeks ago. I paid for a service and I am not getting anything that was promised when I paid for it. Really sounds like a scam to me as well.
