FRNo reply from Customer Service after bike theft My 2 bikes were stolen back in August and I did all that was required to report the theft to Kryptonite. However I was never contacted within the 5-7 days as mentioned in the confirmation email. After 30 days, if the bikes were not found therefore I should be eligible for reimbursement but still no new from Kryptonite. I subscribed for the 5 years ATPO but it seems I should not have invested in that unfortunately. [EDIT] It took close to 6 months to get the reimbursement but it came and I can now look into getting 2 new bikes. So it was very long to get an answer but it eventually came. Thank you Kryptonite.

NLDo not buy the anti protection offer... scam!!! I bought the antiprotection lock offer and it has been over 2 months and since i registered the claim after my bike was stolen. i have contacted many times and not heard anything back. very poor customer service and should advise to stay away!! I want to hear back with a positive outcome asap.

DKUnexpectedly positive… I've had an unexpectedly positive experience. My key snapped inside the lock and in an attempt to get reimbursed for the cost of a locksmith, I reached out to the support team. I didnt get a response, however a month later I recieved a new lock. `it's a little odd, but I'm thankful nonetheless. I gave 4 stars as it still would have been nice to feel like i have an avenue for communication with the team at KRYPTONITE.

GBI requested a replacement key on 10th… I requested a replacement key on 10th September, ref #433615, and was told I would have to wait 2-3 months. It's been over 3 months now and no response. I have been unable to use my bike this entire time and have spent a lot of money on alternative transport. Shocked at the length of time this is taking and very frustrated with a complete lack of communication from this company. Judging by the other reviews this is a common experience.

NOworst customer service I bought the Kryptonite Avenue F-150 and Avenue R-75 COB Light Combo, which broke after only 3 months. I therefore asked customer service for a replacement. Initially I received a reply (every 1-1.5 weeks) and from the beginning of October no reply at all. I have made 2 more tickets, but so far no reply.
