GBHandled quickly and efficiently with… Handled quickly and efficiently with one caveat. Only issue is that I would recommend an online claim process initiation due to hours not being convenient for west coast customers being able to make contact and calls to get payment from shops after 2 pm. This led to repeated calls and slow down of process.

GBEasy to work with Easy to work with. Both from a end user and from Tesla's end per the Supervising tech. Called Xcare gave them my list of issues, scheduled appointment via app. Took vehicle in. Tesla determined faults, sent estimate and received approval same day.Tesla did repairs. Notified Xcare and received corporate CC number, remaining balance due was $100. No issues.

GBNot a good value I do not recommend this extended warranty. If your car gets totaled, you do not get anything back if they paid for your repairs even if you had left over coverage during your total loss. Just save that money for repairs that you initially pay
