GBKaren was excellent Karen was excellent. She kept me informed every step of the way and was understanding when I told her I needed to hold off on some servicing due to finances. I truly appreciated her not being pushy. She even helped quote me for services so I could make future plans and budget myself. Service was much faster than I imagined it would. The only con from my experience was the overall price of the servicing. It was much more expensive than I imagined it would be, but I’ll be better prepared next time.

I only trust them with my car and I have not had any issues with my vehicle for the past 13 years. Every service advisor and mechanic I have come in contact with provide me with excellent service. I recently went to Rick Case Honda for service. Ms. Ana was my service advisor. She is super nice, personable a true expert in her field of work and a true professional. She keeps me informed and updates me frequently on the status of my vehicle. I truly recommend Rick Case Honda for all your vehicle needs from purchase to finance and service. GBRick Case Honda Just out for money Rick Case sales person's just care about a sale. They will push you into bad deals.... make sure you read over everything BEFORE accepting any offers and do not take the word of the sales person or finance manager. The finance manager will rush you to sign, flipping the papers so you can barely read what you are signing off on. They are a big dealership with predatory practices.
