GBIt is my understanding that the driver… It is my understanding that the driver contacted the delivery location 15 minutes before arrival, instead of calling after he was loaded to give them at least an hour to get help to unload. The driver had to help unload so we are being billed an extra $350. If they would have given him better notice he would have had more time to get more help & the extra charge could've been avoided. Other than that the product was handled perfectly no damage & you were able to get it off our dock & delivered in a reasonable amount of time w/ no delays

All HNRY personnel involved provided follow-up and info throughout the process from pick up to delivery... We will definitely use HNRY again in the future... President,Fuzzy Logic tm...

GBMade It Happen Needed to move heavy equipment from Georgia to Wisconsin within 3 days. The exceptional part is that this was a last minute call on a Thursday to pick up equipment on Friday and deliver by Tuesday of the upcoming week. The delivery was made on Monday morning. And I still have all of my limbs in tact! Thanks HNRY

GBWorst shipping company ever Worst shipping company ever Nasty lady telling me package won’t be delivered and she called me at 5 pm telling me it’s pouring rain and she was in valley stream and I was 10 minutes away with no rain in site and she then hangs up on me knowing I called her bs So deliver of my package was delayed two days now
