Smooth Operator I would like to give a shout out to Josh Brockenberry and Jessica Pilot, who assisted when Josh was not available. Josh worked with us every step of the way; this helped the transportation move smoothly. The delivery was made on time, even sooner than expected so another shout out to the truck driver for making the delivery on time in the challenging weather conditions. THANK YOU EVERYONE!! :) :)

LATE, POOR SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION, FREIGHT ARRIVED TO CUSTOMER LATE, DELAYED TWICE. REPS WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND LACKED COMMUNICATION SKILLS. AFTER TALKING WITH A REP WE DECIDED TO GIVE HNRY A TRY WITH A LOAD, A COMPLETE CATASTROPHE THAT COST US MONEY WITH NO RECONCILIATION FROM HNRY. THE TRUCK LOAD DIVISION FUNCTIONS JUST AS POORLY AS YRC, HOLLAND, AND THE REST OF THEIR DIVISIONS. WE WILL NOT BE USING HNRY AGAIN.

It is my understanding that the driver… It is my understanding that the driver contacted the delivery location 15 minutes before arrival, instead of calling after he was loaded to give them at least an hour to get help to unload. The driver had to help unload so we are being billed an extra $350. If they would have given him better notice he would have had more time to get more help & the extra charge could've been avoided. Other than that the product was handled perfectly no damage & you were able to get it off our dock & delivered in a reasonable amount of time w/ no delays

We had a complex pickup We had a complex pickup, trailer drop job to be done. Had a driver cancel last minute during a critical point but our rep was able to find a new truck and the delivery was made faster than we expected.

Made It Happen Needed to move heavy equipment from Georgia to Wisconsin within 3 days. The exceptional part is that this was a last minute call on a Thursday to pick up equipment on Friday and deliver by Tuesday of the upcoming week. The delivery was made on Monday morning. And I still have all of my limbs in tact! Thanks HNRY
