Hesitant at first….BUT I was hesitant to sell a car online but I did my research and tried 3 places. The big name site that rhymes with Nirvana low balled me - Cellina Marcera and All Cars were fair from the start. Cellina was my rep and she was first class. Always available. No question to silly - always in communication. This experience was amazing. They do there inspections effectively and efficiently. I already have a friend reaching out to them!! This is how business should be nowadays. All Cars and Ms Marcera are a throwback to the old trustworthy loyal days of doing deals on a handshake. I will certainly use again in the future. Hopefully Cellina will still be there or she may be President of the Company by then!!! Job well done!!

Don't trust an online offer to purchase from Allcars.com They made an online offer to purchase my car and then ghosted me for three days after I left messages and emails. I finally got someone to answer the phone and they reneged on the offer and left me hanging with two other competing companies. They told me my car had too many miles, but they knew the mileage when they made me an offer.

On Nov 25 Allcars made me an offer of… On Nov 25 Allcars made me an offer of $69,475 for my car. On Dec 5 the appraiser inspected the car and no issues. On Dec 6 the Allcars rep called me and confirmed that the vehicle was in great condition. However “the market had changed” for my vehicle and they could only offer $63,000. Really? The market on the car dropped $6,475 in 11 days? I could believe some drop but almost a 10% drop, hard to believe. They shouldn’t make offers they can’t keep on cars that pass appraiser inspection. They took up my time and other opportunities and didn’t live up to their end. Untrustworthy.

Easy to work with Easy to work with. Jim is a great guy. Process took about 2 weeks. We had some hiccups with my bank placing a hold on the check. My only recommendation is to offer clients a wire transfer option, certified check, or an online funding option which Jim did mention they were working on. My bank placing the hold was not AllCars fault, but did delay the process a bit unnecessarily.

He efficiently guided me through the entire process and the whole transaction went very smoothly. My car was fully inspected and Jim extended an offer right after which I accepted. I promptly received a check in the mail and they picked up my car a few days after. I highly recommend Allcars.com.
