GBthey use aftermarket and recycled parts - then ship them to repair shop I will not repeat all other reviews about delays, speaking with the answering service, generally poor service as those reviews are accurate. KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU BUY: 1) Concord does not use OEM parts. specific language in my most recent claim states "In addition, we reserve the right to approve OEM, AFTERMARKET, NEW, REMANUFACTURED or RECYCLED parts. With that said, I have sourced AFTERMARKET part for this claim..." 2) Concord sources and ships the parts causing futher frustration and delays. Specific language from my claim, "these parts will be shipped expedited directly to you .... Please confirm approval, provide a shipping address, and contact information so I can order the parts right away." Keep in mind, I received this communication on DAY 7 of my claim. Bottom line for my $848 claim. Concord will ship an aftermarket part and pay $203.50 of labor. Vehicle is a 2019 model, purchased new. Yes, a real cusomer. J Bentley

GBI had a contract with Concord I had a contract with Concord. I sold the car that the contract covered and then I requested a refund. This was on Jan 9th 2024, I have not received anything and these people will not return calls and when you do get someone live , they will blatantly lie to you. Today is April 2nd 2024 and I still have not received my refund. I have called and emailed the supposed owner Michael Solomon and he lies to you with empty promises and deflection. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with these liars and crooks.

GBThey bribed me too take down my review… They bribed me too take down my review and failed too fix my car as promised. My first repair was a six hour labor job, rack and pinoin. It wasn't finished for five weeks due to Concord. Second repair, alternator. Took two weeks without my car.. Third repair, the alternator they sent failed. It sitting in the dealership for the past eight plus weeks, and they still won't let the dealer fix it. The part hasn't arrived yet, 8 weeks so far. I'm still waiting for parts from Concord. They seem to always buy the cheapest parts available. Buy the way, I told them what the problem was. As I was an ASE Certified Master Auto Technician, they had me pay the dealer to diagnose it anyway. They didn't believe me. They don't care about their customer's needs. Every time I call, they put me back on hold and hang up on me. It's not worth buying insurance from this company.

GBThey SUCK They SUCK! If I could give less than 1 star I would! They are absolutely horrible! DON'T buy their product! They make you wait 24 - 48 hours to even let you know if they will cover your repair, then they send a crap part. They argue everything... With an attitude! Likely that's because the people on the phone are constantly arguing with customers and shops.. What a mistake! They are a scam!

GBDon’t waste your time and money Well it happened again Well it happened again. Car had to go into the shop. Dealer called Concord to start the claim process..this was on a Friday. I can later myself to make sure someone was working on the claim. Guess what, the contract states the claims department open 24/7. Not true, got an answering service. Dealer told me Concord would get back with them Monday. Didn’t happen. Wednesday still no communication from Concord.. I called, was told they would bump up to next level. Same story as from other past claims. Called back again, now I’m hot. They tell me the approval had been sent to the dealer. Called dealer, guess what, yes you got it they didn’t have it. I called the third time. They send they would send me a copy as we were speaking. Waited 20 minutes and no email with approval. Fourth call an as we were talking I got he email. After reading they wanted the dealer to accept parts being order from Concord to be shipped to the dealer. Dealer told them they don’t put none manufactured parts into their repairs. I also requested Concord to allow dealer to provide OEM parts. Requested written approval . They approved, but would only pay the price for the parts that they wanted to supply. None OEM parts. This is my third claim with Concord. Same trouble every time. I would cancel my contract but by the time they prorated and deducted any money from past repairs approved I felt it wasn’t worth the pain and aggravation. Also from reviews about this company others are still waiting for a cancellation check. In summary DON’T waste your time and money. This must be their business model.
