Absolutely totally impressed Absolutely totally impressed. Went through three horn replacements and even a new H-D replacement sounded like a sick calf - no exaggeration, the horn just sounded weird (I have owned 37 bikes and now have 2). This horn, as a plug-in replacement is WAY better than any stock horn bar none!

I had an all around wonderful… I had an all around wonderful experience with my purchase. I bought the mini Banshee horn for my husband's Harley as a Christmas gift. The shipping came fast and they communicated all the details through email. When my husband opened his gift they had packed some extra merchandise in there I had no idea about it was an incredible touch! It took my husband less than 10 min to install the horn it was so simple and man it is sooooooo much louder than the OE. Love the product and the company!

The mini-Banshee is a little pricey The mini-Banshee is a little pricey, but the ease of install and the very noticeable difference in sound will definitely help in any emergency situation. Plus this is the only horn I found that comes with a standard 2yr warranty which is worth paying for. Many of the cheaper horns have quality issues or only last a single riding season. I appreciated the free hat offer with each mB ordered. I should've broken my single order of 2 into 2 separate ones so I could've gotten more than one hat :).

I messed up because I am not… I messed up because I am not mechanically inclined, but the customer service I received was excellent, even though it was my fault. This new Horn, the little old ladies will hear me now.

Absolutely terrible experience Absolutely terrible experience. Received a bad horn, a bad wire extension. Got another wire extension and horn and the product only works if you have it so loose that when you press the horn it almost falls off from the screws being so loose. Absolute trash.
