GBCustomer service was bad Customer service was bad, a guy named Keith would not return emails once I said I wanted to return the horns as my stock horns were louder, he also made a snarky comment "If you say so" when I explained my stock horn was louder than the Screaming Banchi horn. I even sent him a video of the 2 horns side by side. I have yet to receive my refund either. This guy is not helping your business in my opinion. Update: I did receive my refund shortly after this review was posted.

GBMore like a talking monkey... I wouldnt call it a screaming banshee nor advertise it as loud as a jet engine. It is neither of those things. Is it an upgrade from the factory horn? Sure. Is it crazy loud and will it get noticed? Not likely. The fitment is acceptable and the plug and play capability is nice. The extra long connector broke as soon as I tried connecting it. Cheap and flimsy workmanship.

CAHey Folks Hey Folks, arrived in good time, clean swap with the old one. Old one stopped working well, had power but would only emit a weak, buzzing bleat. Something internal I guess. New one still makes pedestrians wet themselves at busy intersections.

GBScreaming Banshee a great horn Screaming Banshee delivered a great product for a great price. Perfect replacement fit for the factory horn on my 2019 HD Iron. This is especially true since the Harley dealers said there wasn't a replacement for that horn except the OEM.

GBThe mini-Banshee is a little pricey The mini-Banshee is a little pricey, but the ease of install and the very noticeable difference in sound will definitely help in any emergency situation. Plus this is the only horn I found that comes with a standard 2yr warranty which is worth paying for. Many of the cheaper horns have quality issues or only last a single riding season. I appreciated the free hat offer with each mB ordered. I should've broken my single order of 2 into 2 separate ones so I could've gotten more than one hat :).
