GBGreat product It's easy to install n does what they said at 132db. Had to use it several times. Planning on ordering at least 2 or maybe 3 to put on my vehicles. Wonderful product? Will definitely be recommending to other people at bike rallies. Randy Satisfied customer

GBUntil I get a response from Tech… Until I get a response from Tech support, I can only give a 3. I received the package when expected, that's all I can report. The horn I have does not activate. I sent a message through their tech support messaging system but have not received confirmation of receipt for a week now. Simply put, I expect better response, even if only automated.

GBSetting a new standard, far beyond your expectations Not only did they contact me to ensure that what I ordered was what I needed and would work on my bike, they followed up to insure that I was happy with my purchase and if I had any questions on installations? If I did then call and they would walk me through the process. Awesome support guys. I look forward to you expanding your market and will always consider you first.

GBCustomer service was bad Customer service was bad, a guy named Keith would not return emails once I said I wanted to return the horns as my stock horns were louder, he also made a snarky comment "If you say so" when I explained my stock horn was louder than the Screaming Banchi horn. I even sent him a video of the 2 horns side by side. I have yet to receive my refund either. This guy is not helping your business in my opinion. Update: I did receive my refund shortly after this review was posted.
