GBGreat product, great Customer Service! The website gave me enough to start looking into some means of more presence on the road, and I was hard-pressed not to come back to them with an order. The horn tone is huge, that I liken to a '58 Cadillac...don't want to incur the wrath of Dad and get that blare! Easy to install, as promised, and fits nicely in the OEM space. I also got a follow-up email suggesting I order the extension pigtail, and it was a spot-on steer. Wish more aftermarket companies embraced this kind of product quality and customer service!

CAHey Folks Hey Folks, arrived in good time, clean swap with the old one. Old one stopped working well, had power but would only emit a weak, buzzing bleat. Something internal I guess. New one still makes pedestrians wet themselves at busy intersections.

GBLoud for the size and looks pretty good exposed It was an easy order and arrived quickly. I bought the mini Banshee so it was really easy to install. Works great. Usually scatters deer and scared away a Grizzly bear eating road kill out west (I was pointed the opposite direction in case it didn't and needed to make a hasty get away.) I'm sure the mini is way quieter than the regular but I didn't have space on my bike for the regular and didn't want to do any wiring changes.

GBUntil I get a response from Tech… Until I get a response from Tech support, I can only give a 3. I received the package when expected, that's all I can report. The horn I have does not activate. I sent a message through their tech support messaging system but have not received confirmation of receipt for a week now. Simply put, I expect better response, even if only automated.
