USApp doesn’t work & CS very slow to respond As w/ previous reviews, can’t login now & CS states they’re working on it…for almost a year now. I also can’t recommend the helmet as their BT capability doesn’t allow voice control. I don’t recommend their technology as it won’t work w/o the App & can’t access the App now. Wish I could return helmet & get my $700 back :/ Online website reviews are fake as I never was able to leave a review. Will be reporting to BBB, Trustpilot & any other sites.

USQuin Spitfire Rosso Buckle Issues I bought the Quin Spitfire Rosso. So far I really liked the helmet EXCEPT.... There is, what I perceive, as a design flaw that is very very dangerous, the buckle clasp for the helmet gets caught on the padding and may not not secure all the way. Several times I thought the chin strap was clasped but it was barely in the buckle and then just pulled out with a simple tug. This would easily cause the helmet to come off in an accident. I can't find a way to extend the buckle away from the padding. As it is, I don't feel comfortable using the helmet. I contacted Quin and never received a response.

USI bought the Quin Design Rosso helmet I bought the Quin Design Rosso helmet. I don’t recommend it. Too much wind and turbulence noise at highway speeds. It’s actually deafening. Complained to Quin, their solution was to buy more accessories ie extra thick padding at my expense. Non returnable if I opened the packaging. I voice my concerns on social media and was quickly banned from making comments. Please if you insist on spending more than $400 on a helmet, read the companies return policy first. Quin will fight you to the very end making sure they keep your money. And a side note my phone and my bike manufacturer both have crash detection.

USHelmet design is respectable Helmet design is respectable, Bluetooth is the worst I've had yet. Got a better sound quality from a set bought on Amazon. The wind noise in the helmet makes it impossible to hear anything so listening to GPS directions don't work. Overall, this helmet is not worth the money spent. Won't buy again from here.

GBQuinn Spitfire Got the Quinn spitfire model as a nice little treat for myself. It seemed a good helmet at a fair price with the right amount of tech inside. So now after using it for a while. I can now give a review of my personal experience. Design is neat and modern, and the helmet fits me snug and comfortable. The fact that the helmet has build in sunglass visor is a neat little plus. The helmets Bluetooth is easy and quick to connect. And from here it’s all down hill I’m afraid. The system is not compatible with other Bluetooth devices. The audio function for listening to music, making phone calls or using voice navigation is absolutely some of the worst I’ve ever tried. As soon as you go more than 40 Mph, the wind noise in the helmet is so loud that it makes the Bluetooth tech totally obsolete. You can’t hear anything at all. I tried contacting quinn support for advice. And got told to buy an thicker set of cheek pads (£30) to make the fit more tight. Didn’t work tho. Problem persists and there’s no solution to fix it. The rubber buttons on the side to adjust volume, skip tracks and making phone calls is almost impossible to operate even with the thinnest pair of gloves. Based on this I would not recommend this helmet to anyone. From Quinn there’s no help to get. No offer of refund although the product didn’t deliver as promised. This will definitely not be a company where I will be spending my money again Design and fit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Build in tech⭐️ Quinn support and customer service ⭐️
