App doesn’t work & CS very slow to respond As w/ previous reviews, can’t login now & CS states they’re working on it…for almost a year now. I also can’t recommend the helmet as their BT capability doesn’t allow voice control. I don’t recommend their technology as it won’t work w/o the App & can’t access the App now. Wish I could return helmet & get my $700 back :/ Online website reviews are fake as I never was able to leave a review. Will be reporting to BBB, Trustpilot & any other sites.

Love my Ghost Umbra Love my Ghost Umbra. Been riding Harleys for 25 years including motors for a Sheriff's Office. I've always worn half shells. Recent purchase of a Ducati Panigale V2 made me want to get a full-face helmet. I had tried another brands modular over the past year when riding in bad weather. Hated that helmet. Wore it maybe 3 times. I won't wear anything else now. I've used the Ghost Umbra exclusively since I got it in October. It's light and very comfortable. I like having music when riding the V2. Only issue is when riding my CVO Limited I'm used to being able to have a beverage while riding. Especially on long trips. Luck would have it Quin introduced their modular about a week after I got the Ghost Umbra.

Great helmet with friendly service. Great service and Good friendly communication. As si had to exchange for a larger size. Helmet is beautiful; mine has the red lining white stitching contrast. Comfortable. Wished they offer you the option for the latch buckle European style if you so desired. Bluetooth works flawlessly and connects every time. Speaker are loud more so than my other helmets with other brands of BT but once you get going these open face helmets aren’t design to listen to music at all. It’s been rather cool in florida these days so cannot comment on ventilation so far. Overall very happy with my purchase.

An ok helmet. The sound quality of the speakers could be better. Got lots of wind noise. My inner liner isn’t flush inside the helmet on the left side. The weight is good. The retractable dark visor is good.

Quin Ghost Umbra, Pros & Cons Ghost Umbra Pros: I’m quite pleased with the lighter weight, great design, fit & easy connectivity. Safety ratings & features are definitely impressive. Cons: Like other riders have noted, the volume is inadequate, particularly during highway travel. I can barely distinguish what tune is playing! ☹️ (After a bit of research, I adjusted my iPhone’s audio equalizer to the “late night” setting. It helps, though not enough.) Also, I get a bit annoyed when the face shield is in the fully open position & doesn’t clear my field of vision entirely. Otherwise, would recommend.
